Absolutely the best plumbing experience! Gabriel and his assistant, were kind and thoughtful navigating around my elderly pup! I love that I have peace of mind and can call you all to get the best service. They were thorough and complete with each repair. Very knowledgeable! I just love Rafaela too! The first person answering the phone, is so important and key to the success of the company. Rafaela gave me prices and the procedures for my repairs. Talk about expedient service, and with smiles to boot! My simple faucet replacement project turned into a not so simple project, requiring me to hire a plumber. Luis was able to fix the issue, and take care of a few extra things while here. I’m glad I hired Big City Plumbing. 5 star service, with fees that didn’t scare me too bad.

Great service from phone call to completion of service. Our attic water heater started leaking when we were out of town and my Mom was at the house. Great customer service on the phone, the plumber was able to get to the house diagnose the issue and replace the water heater the same day. My Mom said they were polite, professional and very clean with their work. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Gerald and his partner did a wonderful job of removing our old toliet and replacing it with a new Kolher. We are pleased to highly recommend Big City Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Very professional and efficient.

Very impressed with Cris & James today. Cris kept me informed of what they were doing and answered my questions. Explained what the sensor did, and what to do if it goes off. Very professional and left the area neat. I will be using them again for future plumbing issues.

Office rang to advise of who and when they’d arrive. Arrived as expected and immediately started work to drain water heater and then pipe check; Luis and his partner were fantastic! Found leak in one of our commodes and gave us a very reasonable replacement estimate…they stock the same one we like, used in master bath (price included everything plus hall-away). All fantastic . Definitely the most reasonable plumbing company plus fantastic service!
