I typically use another Plumbing Company for my home but they weren’t able to help me out on this job due to some intricacies outside of their normal handling. I called and spoke with Shawn and he got a licensed plumber out my way to check it out and was able to confirm they can confidently do the job and we got scheduled for the work. Well, things got crazy at my house and I called and asked for help and Shawn, again, was able to help me and went above and beyond to help me and my family. Keep in mind, I’ve never spoken with Bryco in my life before yesterday and they are treating me like we have worked together for decades. I can not speak highly enough about Shawn and the plumbing crew that makes Bryco a step above and beyond other local Plumbing companies. Give them a call, you won’t regret it and will also want to leave a 5 star review!

Excellent company. Quote was reasonable and competitive, and they had an opening for same day service. Johnny and Jon were extremely professional and worked quickly and were very respectful of the home while performing install/repairs. Absolutely recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

Bryco was recommend to me and I'm glad I went with them. Johnny and Ethan were both professional and repaired the problem within an hour. I expected that my shower wall would be torn down. Johnny was able to fix it without causing any additional repairs on my part. Thank you Bryco and thank you Johnny and Ethan.

I contacted Bryco Plumbing just before 1:00 PM and I asked the customer service representative if they could have someone come out to fix my leaking water pipe today. She told that she believed that they could make it happen. She called me back 2 hours later and informed me that Ryan was on his way and would arrive in about 20 minutes. Ryan arrived in about 15 minutes and quickly identified the problem. Ryan did an awesome job and fixed the leaking pipe very quickly. Ryan was really nice and very professional. This is now my go to Plumbing Company! Happy James

My first experience with Bryco Plumbing was in 2016 when referred by USAA. Because of the positive experience with Bryco, I called again in 2017 when I had additional plumbing needs. Once again, I was very pleased with the service, quality and costs of the work performed. In 2022, I discovered water in my closet and knew that the water heater on the other side of the wall must be leaking. Sure enough, it was leaking, so I called Bryco to schedule an appointment, and emptied the heater tank. Later that day, I received a call from Bryco letting me know that there had been a cancellation and a team could come out that afternoon. Great! Neither my wife nor I were looking forward to living without hot water for the next few days. Alfred and Tobie arrived around 1:00 PM. After examining the water heater, Alfred said the replacement would cost $2,425.00. The quote seemed to be a bit more expensive than I was expecting, so I asked Alfred to give me a moment to consider it. I attempted a few quick searches on the Internet to see whether the price could be considered fair. I knew I couldn’t expect Alfred and Tobie to wait any longer, and when I returned, Alfred let me know that If I supplied the water heater, they could install it for approximately $700.00 - but it had to be pretty obvious that I wasn’t in a position to jump into my car and pick up a water heater on my own. So here I was in a vulnerable position, feeling the pressure to make a decision - say no and send them away, and then start the whole process of identifying and scheduling another plumber while living without any hot water, or attempt to tell myself the price of $2,425.00 was worth it. Living without any hot water during a pandemic did not seem to be a viable option, so I said go ahead and replace the heater. Alfred & Tobie returned with a Rheem Classic Plus Series Professional, Tall, 8-year 4500/4500 Watt Smart Electric Water Heater with LeakSense (approximate retail cost $750.00). As Alfred was installing the new heater, it became obvious it didn’t fit on the elevated base correctly - part of the heater now hangs over the edge of the base. When I asked about it, Alfred explained that it was the best option he had and that he would also have challenges with the size of the other water heaters currently available. The job was completed in two and half hours, around 3:30 PM. The cost of the service I received never seemed right to me. When I calculated the costs of the job, I assigned $1,000.00 to parts and supplies, which left a $1,425.00 labor cost. For a two-and-half-hour job (which included the time spent picking up a water heater), the hourly labor cost was $570.00 for both Alfred & Tobie, or $285.00 an hour each. In my opinion, the labor costs charged seem excessive. Furthermore, I was left feeling that there was a chance I was purposefully taken advantage of because of the situation. I contacted Bryco via email with the hope that upon a review of the job details, they would agree there may have been a miscalculation of the original quote, and agree that an adjustment to the labor costs and a partial refund could make things right. I never heard from them.
