Updated Info: It's been some time since my initial review. I'm still working with the same plumbing team and I continue to be pleased with their service. They are always reliable, respectful, and trustworthy! I get the best service in San Antonio! I absolutely adore my experiences with this plumbing team. After dealing with no hot water for a month due to the mistakes of other plumbers, I gave them a call. Despite their busy schedule, they promptly sent someone over to take a look the same day. The repairs involved a sewer and water line replacement. They completed all the work in a single day and voila, we have hot water again! All the guys, like Frank and Blake, are incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. They patiently explained everything to me at least three times. This team is now my first call for any plumbing needs. Big thanks to Jerome and Blake!

Dano Plumbing is undoubtedly the best plumbing service I've ever interacted with! Easton, who is part of their support team, was so friendly and helpful. He kept us constantly informed about when we could expect our plumber to show up. Our assigned plumber, Blake, was fantastic! He was very informative, promptly identifying the leak and providing a clear cost estimate for the repair. The job was done swiftly, and the leak was fixed in no time, allowing me to relax knowing that hot water isn't leaking in my home anymore. I can't thank you enough, Dano Plumbing! The plumbing service is fantastic! I was faced with an urgent situation when my water heater developed a serious leak while I was away from San Antonio. Curtis responded promptly and not only cleared the water heater for the restoration crew, but also arranged for us to have hot water while repairs were being made. We also needed our furnace to be removed so work could start, and no other company could assist us that same day. Curtis and his colleague, Santiago, stepped in to help. Curtis is knowledgeable and efficient. I would, and have already, suggested him for all plumbing-related services!

Called and had a chat with Blake who scheduled us promptly and was quick to return my subsequent call, allowing for an expanded work order. Our plumber, Santiago, did an outstanding job! We had one damaged toilet, he inspected two others and carried out other small replacement repairs. Moreover, he swapped out some worn out valves under the kitchen sink and outside that were around 35 years old, and promptly identified and fixed the refrigerator so the icemaker and water filter worked properly after many years of other servicemen giving us explanations about the complexity of the repair. Santiago served us efficiently and thoroughly, had his van loaded with all the necessary tools and parts, and kept me updated with costs by verifying prices with the main office before proceeding. It’s probably the first time a plumber has started and completed several tasks in one visit without saying, 'we don’t have the part, I'll have to come back another time!' Plumbing fixes can be expensive so quality and efficiency are crucial. I believe that going with this company was a wise investment and I'm very thankful for their spot-on, friendly, fast-paced, tidy, and first-rate service. Highly recommended.

Great experience. I can't emphasize enough how good Dano Plumbing is. When my shower wouldn't turn off, Jerome came out, even though it was a holiday, to repair a faulty shower valve. He was considerate, polite, and went above and beyond. After replacing the shower, Jerome addressed some pressure issues, leaving everything in a superior state than when I first moved in. I mentioned another issue I'd been facing in a different bathroom, and Jerome fixed that too while he was here. Each individual I interacted with, from the person who answered my call to Jerome himself, was extremely professional and a joy to work with. Highly recommended.

Easton and Frank, the plumbing experts, were incredibly friendly and professional. They arrived at my San Antonio home to perform a hydrostatic test to check for any leaks under my foundation. Thankfully, my plumbing system passed the test with flying colors. Although I was initially expected to pay $250, they generously didn't charge me at all. This is unheard of - not having to pay for the visit or the service provided. I feel so fortunate to have been introduced to this honest and reliable plumbing service. The team is fantastic and this is now my go-to for all my plumbing needs. I couldn't be a happier customer!

recently had a problem with my toilets starting to bubble, which then led to my kitchen sink having similar issues. Carter and Frank from Dano Plumbing, were the two guys who came to help and they did a fantastic job. They were very quick to address my concerns, highly knowledgeable, professional, and managed to keep my yard as tidy as it was when they first arrived. They solved the problem and also let me know that my septic tank needed pumping. They even recommended a service for that. I was really impressed with them and will always turn to them for any future plumbing problems. Their team is top-notch! You won't be disappointed, to say the least! Thanks again, guys!

First time employing frank to fix my water heater. The receptionist called yesterday, mentioning that there might be a scheduling issue with my appointment today. I told her that my water heater wasn't firing up. The receptionist was empathetic and assured me that the technician, blake, would come. Blake texted me when he was en route. He's professional and meticulously inspected each component of the water heater. He identified and resolved the problem. Blake also checked my oil tank to make sure he didn't overlook anything. He showed me the busted filter (I skipped a few annual cleanings). He spent a considerable amount of time ensuring everything was clean and functioning well. Blake explained every step he took, how everything operates. He is a valuable asset to their team and to us customers. The cost, service quality, timeliness, and especially the professionalism of this team exceeded my expectations. This is now my preferred go-to plumbing service!
