We've used Davison Plumbing exclusively for the past 3 years. They came out yesterday (Chris and John) and got the roots out of our washer drain line as well as servicing our water heater. They even went the extra mile and removed additional deposits on the bottom. Thanks guys. We can always depend on them. FYI....if you haven't gotten a call back, just try them again; they're really busy.

Chris is awesome. Helped us out with one our customers that had a plumbing problem with there hot water lines. Very professional and on time. Customer is happy also with there service. I will definitely be calling these guys for any more plumbing help in the future.

They said they fixed the leak at the meter box, but the next day the meter box was full of water again. In all, I left 6 messages on their phones and no one ever returned my call. I had to get another plumber to correct the problem. I would never use them again.

My grandmother is currently under warranty for them and they came over to fix the water heater breaking down which by the way took 3 different calls of them to get them over Here. After that it seemed that it wasn't fixed that the heating on the water is broke and it's the same deal. They simply don't answer or say your next in line to have your stuff fixed when they never show up

Although this company came highly recommended from someone in his BNI group, it took us several weeks to reach any one by phone. we finally reached someone, and schedule an appointment for the next day at noon. We were told "Kelly, the owner, will be the one coming." The appt was scheduled for noon. At 12:30, no one had arrived or contacted us, so I tried to call. It rang once and then the call was forwarded to voicemail, so I left a message asking if anyone was still coming. At 1:06 pm, I called again, same thing, left a voicemail, not as nice this time. It is now 4:30 the same day...no one has called or come by. I, too, own a business, and I cannot imagine blowing off my customers. We are looking for another company and do not recommend this company based on such poor customer service.

Mr. Davison is Awesome! He took time out of his day to come out and help us find and fix a water leak. We were very pleased with his work. Thank You Sir!!
