Shaq & Arnaldo. Would I recommend Elmer’s and this guys again! For sure, they came did the assessment to a water leaking unit, was beyond repairable, so we ordered a new one (financed it) and in a few hours I was back on track with hot water. They were friendly, honest and they’d did the job and explained to me every step and all of the things that they replaced to put it up to code. Thanks guys for a great job

We are currently working with Elmer's to replace our HVAC systems, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience so far, especially with their senior technician, Mario Olivares and also Ian Martinez. From the moment he arrived, Mario was incredibly informative, honest, and thorough. He took the time to walk us through everything, even showing us videos to explain the benefits of each system and helping us understand our options with custom pricing that actually fit our needs. What really stood out was how personable and relatable Mario and Ian was. They made us laugh, answered all of our questions with patience, and made us feel totally taken care of. An added bonus was they are both veterans, just like my wife and I. They even diagnosed our current system the same day and confirmed that both of our units needed to be replaced. It’s rare to find people so professional and down to earth! We are genuinely thankful we had both Mario and Ian helping us through this process. Elmer's is lucky to have them, Highly recommend.

We called this company because our water heater gave out and was apparent it had been leaking for some time. We called Elmer’s and they had availability for the next day. We received a call to alert us they would be arriving soon. Shaq and Arnoldo were great! Shaq knew without hesitation it had to be replaced. We had questions about purchasing a new water heater and the amount of water that possibly leaked into the wall and he was very knowledgeable. Made us feel comfortable that we were in the right hands. The installion was fairly quick and everything looks great!! Highly recommended!

Elmer’s has been awesome to work with! Ian Martinez came out first to check out our HVAC setup, and he was super helpful and easy to talk to. We actually connected right away since we’re both Army vets, it made the whole thing feel way more personal, not just another service call. A couple days later , Mario Olivares came by and took it to the next level. He really knows his stuff. He showed us videos to explain different systems, broke down all the options clearly, and helped us figure out what worked best for our home and budget. Mario was also just a great guy, super honest, made us laugh, and made sure we were totally taken care of. He even diagnosed both systems right then and there and confirmed they needed to be replaced. Honestly, both Ian and Mario made this process so much easier than we expected. Can’t recommend Elmer’s enough. they’ve got an awesome team!

Fantastic experience. We submitted a request online, we were called the same day to set up an appointment, which was able to be scheduled just 2 days out. Max took us through our water-heater options and made fair recommendations based on our situation, and expectations for how long we expect to be in the home. He discovered an unexpected extra issue, and was assisted by Michael to resolve that issue and truly protect our repair and home investment. They reminded us that we can call them for other appliances as well. Great job by both gentlemen.

I had a back up of sewage in my tubs on 12/5 in the evening. I called Elmers for an emergency appointment and they can fairly fast. The gentleman that came did what he could and semi diagnosed the problem. The next day another person came and assessed the problem and cleared the blockage and told me I had several breaks in the my pipe leading out of the house. The price for repair seemed extremely high but I needed the fix, I couldn’t use any water or plumbing in my house. The next day, a crew showed up to start digging, it wasn’t a full days work and no one returned until 2 days later. Again, more digging by one man on this day. The next day no one again. After a few days I called Toby to find out what the plan was to finish he said someone will be out soon. The next day a crew showed up around noon sat and ate lunch worked for a few hours and left. Nothing done for days again. I called Toby no response. A few days later the plumbers came to fix the pipe. Toby informed me on 12/12 that the City of Schertz would be out on 12/16 to inspect the work and then they would close up the trench in my yard. On 12/16 Toby called to say the inspection went well and they would our “probably” on 12/17. Today is 12/30 (2weeks) since the city inspection and I can’t even get a return call from Toby and I have called numerous times. Not only did they take advantage of me financially.( I have since asked around to reputable plumbers who shook they’re heads at the cost of the job), my yard is a safety hazard as well as creating a possible issue with my foundation as it had rained several times and there is a 10 foot tunnel under my house and front porch (as you can see in the pics). I am not one to complain or leave reviews but the fact that is company is a pretty well known business in the area it is very disheartening that I am in this situation after spending a great deal of money. Needless to say I am seeking legal council and have reached out to the BBB. Just took the time to leave this for the next person who could possibly end up where I am!

Jesse R. Martinez, with Elmer's Plumbing, did a phenomenal job. He will definitely be my go-to plumber from now on. I was not only happy with his work performance and ethic, but I was also amazed on how knowledgeable he was about his profession. I am extremely grateful for the knowledge he shared with me because he potentially saved us money on future medical visits, and potentially fatal consequences. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs and wants. They also offer military discount, which in my book, is a major plus. I would definitely rate 10/5 if I could.

I recently purchased a whole new ac and heating system back in late December. I am very well please with the technicians hard work and dedication. The only downside to this company is that they do not keep their word. I was informed that if the installation was not finished within the promised date that there was a $500 guarantee money back. As it states in the contract I signed it and was happy for them to get everything up and running the next day. Unfortunately not everything worked as promised by the end of the day. I had to wait about a week longer before I could use the heating system. I then proceed to ask Larry Reyes the sale representative and his boss Darwin if the guarantee $500 money back would apply to me. They both responded to me yes, Darwin then told me my refund was coming in a couple weeks. This was as of Jan 7th, 2025. It is now Feb 26th,2025 and I have yet to receive a check for $500. I messaged Darwin February 12th, 2025 to see what happened but no response. I have all the messages still for documentation.Therefor the only issue I have with this company is they do not keep their word even though it's on the signed ontract that I still have. So I am very disappointed with what was all promised. I feel as though this company should take the guarantee $500 out of the signed documents.Dont make promises you can't keep! It's sad to say I spent 20k on a company that didn't stand on what they said.So for that reason I won't be buying another HVAC system from this company for my other house nor will I be recommending this company to my friends and family. Why give me a contract to sign if it seems like non of the guarantees apply when things fail? Larry the sales guy convinced me that this company was different from all the other company's with all the guarantees and benefits, but it all seems the same. Once you sign the contract, nothing they say sticks, even on paper. So don't make promises you don't plan to keep as a company!
