Frank's Plumbing

Frank was able to come out same day. I could tell he knew exactly what work needed to be done. He was very honest and very reasonably priced. I called other plumbers who told me the job would take 4 to 5 hours so they had to charge accordingly. Let me just say they were charging 4 times what Frank charged me. And it only took Frank about 1 hour or less. I am saving his contact information and referring him to who ever needs a plumber. It's hard to find an honest and experienced plumber. I'm so glad I did find one.

So had nasty backup into my shower and toilet this morning...good thing nothing overflowed...called this guy seemed like a humble business man with very little but great reviews. As soon as I told him what happened he told me what the issue was. He showed up 45 minutes later, rather than hours later, and is currently fixing the problem and is charging a reasonable price, highly recommend this man to anyone and everyone when needing a plumbing issue fixed.

Called Frank because I had a leaky shower. He came same day and saw what type of shower handle it was; went and found replacement parts. Got it installed and charged a very reasonable price. I will definitely call Frank if I have any more plumbing problems and will recommend him to my friends if they need a plumber.

I called Tuesday 2/16/21 to ask to be put on the list for service. During the winter snow that hit SA I knew he was busy. He told me once he got a break he would come out since I’m just down the street from him. Didn’t hear back for two days. I called again and left a voicemail. Called again and this time his voicemail was full. Called the next day and I guess he took off his voicemail. I lost 5 days that I couldn’t been looking for another plumber. I have no water. Could have called me back and gave me an update. Not professional or courteous.

A Gentleman at first, Great service, on time and patience about his work. Many years of experience and very affordable prices. I will highly recommend Mr Frank. GOD Bless You Sir.

Extremely professional and friendly. Great price. Had a cracked pipe outside my home and the work was done one the first visit. I will use no one else in San Antonio!
