Denny was so polite and friendly and professional. He was on time, knew exactly what to do and did it in a timely manner. I’ll be referring Jilly Plumbing to anyone that needs plumbing repairs!

Mr Denis did a very professional work in changing our shower faucet cartridge. He explained all the options and risk prior to proceeding with the work to do. He is knowledgeable in his craft and shared some tips on where to turn off the water source other than the main switch. He responded fast and came to do the work as promised on an emergency time at night. Only reason why it’s four stars was the price $349 for the change of cartridge was pretty hefty for us.

As a veteran, I try to support businesses that give back to those who have served, and Jilly Plumbing does just that. Around 7 PM, I noticed an outdoor pipe leaking and called their after-hours line. Denny showed up quickly, assessed the issue, and had everything repaired before it could cause any major damage. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything. I truly appreciate their quick response and the veteran discount they offer. I highly recommend Jilly Plumbing for its integrity, fast service, and fair pricing even after hours!

Had a pipe burst late at night, and Jilly Plumbing was a lifesaver! I called them, and within 30 minutes, Denny arrived, fully prepared to tackle the issue. He was incredibly professional, explained everything clearly, and fixed the pipe quickly. I was expecting a hefty bill for after-hours service, but their pricing was more than fair. If you ever find yourself in a plumbing crisis, Jilly Plumbing is the one to call!

Wonderful customer service. Jilly Plumbing was quick to schedule a service (next day) and arrived at the time he estimated. He was quick to help us locate the cause of a water leak. It’s refreshing to find a reliable and honest plumber! Definitely recommend and will call when any plumbing issues.

Denny is a refreshing contrast versus other plumbers I have used for plumbing repairs! He is responsive, knowledgeable and gives you understandable information to make the best decision. He gave me an honest opinion and assessed whether the work I inquired about was truly needed. I appreciate his personable care and desire to provide great customer service. I can't recommend this company enough! Denny was very professional, prompt, very knowledgeable and was able to service us same day! He kept in good contact regarding timing of his arrival. He assessed the situation and went above and beyond to assist us. We needed a few things assessed that had come back after an inspection to sell our house--especially looking at our indoor jetted tub (and it is very hard to find someone to assess/repair those) and he was able to assist us with all. A total 10/10. I wish more contractors and plumbers had customer service like Denny. Do not hesitate to give him a call! Sincerely-Chris Hill
