Very knowledgeable and kind. Aaron is great, a 10 out of 10 would recommend. My son enjoyed watching and Aaron was nice enough to let him. They even talked cars. Mai Vu did work for the Restaurant I GM for in Downtown San Antonio. Their team was AMAZING!!! Super responsive, quick estimates with a variety of options for warranties, fast scheduling, and great service with installation. Dominick & Chris were great & communicative with what they needed to do and when the work was completed. Definitely recommend them!!!! They also do some other things so I received some great quotes for other work I needed done.

The coordination of what I needed done and what the company could do was clear and understandable. The technician Aaron was experienced and knowledgeable, he explained the steps of the water heater install process. After all was completed, he tested each faucet to ensure hot water was coming through. The area was returned to order as found. Thanks for a Job well done.

Mai Vu does excellent work and I have no complaints. They were fast, professional and did a great job installing a new toilet. I will definitely be calling them again for any future projects.

Referred to Mai Vu through Home Depot project service and after reading the 100s of 5 star reviews called for an estimate. From start to finish it was a terrific experience! Miguel responded quickly and professionally providing information about the process and a very fair estimate. Our water heater was installed the next day - the plumber was on time, very efficient, informative, and left the work area without a mess like others have. He even very quickly rectified a small issue with our garbage disposal that I thought would need replaced. No attempts to up charge or up sell - refreshing to work with an honest, friendly service! We will definitely use Mai Vu for future issues - a big thank you to Miguel and his team!

Jerry from Mai Vu Plumbing was the installer for a replacement Fridgidare double oven I bought at Home Depot. Jerry did an AWESOME job!!! He was very knowledgeable, experienced and professional! He not only removed my non working oven, but attached the plug and installed the ovens much more easily than I thought possible. Plus he always kept in touch re: when to expect him and arrived within the assigned 2 hour window. Many thanks to Jerry and Mai Vu plumbing for such a smooth delivery experience!

I had a great experience with this company! I recently ordered 2 toilets through Home Depot and they in turn assigned Mai Vu plumbing to do the install. I did a google search on the company before the install and the reviews they have are all positive. They honestly deserve more positive reviews than they actually have in my opinion. I’m adding mine to help boost that number up. Aaron was my assigned installer. He was fast, knowledgeable, professional, answered all of my questions, and the toilets were installed perfectly. I would definitely use this company again if (when) I have and plumbing issues in the future!
