Murray Technicians ( Paul Davila and hiss helper) were punctual and with real good attitude, once starting the install both techs were working great together, once completed they explained the function and all necessary actions to take if any. Murray plumbing responded to a call for my water heater leaking in a quick and timely manner. When freed up the technicians arrived between the hours they estimated their arrival. They diagnosed the problem and clearly communicated the issue with my appliance and the options to resolve it. They were able to do my repair in the same day. Great service all around. Their crew came out exactly at the estimated time. They were very professional, clean, and communicative. They had my old water heater out and my new one hooked up and running in an hour. You can't beat their price, especially for the quality of work. Besides the nice new water heater, you can't even tell they were here.

The team arrived on time and quickly got to work. Installed the pump and checked all faucets to make sure everything was working correctly. Jeremy and his helper texted when they were on their way and arrived promptly for our appointment. We had three small problems my hubby probably would have fixed himself normally.
