Very happy customer. Had another plumbing company out who was going to charge me $1300 for the first 4 hours to find a leak they said was under the house or in the yard. It was supposed to be a needle in the haystack. Should it take all day I was quoted $2500.00. I didn't feel good about this and called out Omega. David found the leak outside the house within 20 minutes. They worked efficiently, effectively and had great conversation throughout. Competence matters in this field!

Just a thank you so much for coming to my family help. I had to shut off the water at my house. I'm glad he showed up. I really needed my water on. OMEGA ( Albert ), showed up about 9:30 pm. He had a prior job that he was doing, and still he made the time to come over and do the job. I had a busted pipe. He did outstanding job. I diffently would recommend him. Great job OMEGA.

Update 9/20/2022: Because of the great job they did I talking my gas water heater, we used them again today to help instal our new Water Softener! Once again, they were prompt, professional, and courteous. I will not hesitate to give them a call if my homes need any plumbing services again. My next-door neighbor used them as well (last week) to install his new toilets and haul away the old ones. Great job there too! ———————————————————- 09/09/2022 Omega did a heck of a job today! I’m very glad I choose to hire a pro team to install my new water heater. Jerel and Albert are very friendly and professional. They helped explain my situation and thankfully have the expertise to make sure I’m taken care of. Unfortunately for me, my water softener failure is what accelerated the water heater to go bad. I’ll be using Omega to instal my new water softener as well. Highly recommend and will definitely give them a call if I ever have any plumbing issues.

High water bill? Call OMEGA NOW and make your problem a distant memory quickly! The professional gentlemen from OMEGA replaced my old busted corroded galvanized line with PEX in 1 day! Will definitely have them back for proactive/preventative measures! GReat job, Thank you guys!

Omega came out to my house yesterday and fixed a leaking pipe. I called them the same day and they called me right back. The job was done fast. I do not trust anyone else . Omega plumbing has been to my house before and I have had great service from them. They are the only company I use. I trust only them. If you ever need a plumbing company call them. They will always answer. Thank you Albert for all your help and good work you do for making me feel at peace. Great job.

My upstairs toilets were backed up and one of my upstairs sinks was gurgling . My condo is a new rebuild and this is the first time I’ve had an issue . A neighbor recommended Omega and I’m grateful. Everything about my experience from the first call to the end of the process was easy and professional . Jonathan came over and assessed the situation, gave me options , and helped me work a deal I could be comfortable with. He was knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. He showed me my pipes on the scanner . Hopefully they did such a great job that I’ll never have to use them again 😁!
