Premier PROS Plumbing & HVAC

I recently hired Premier PROS to do the plumbing work for a bathroom remodel. Jonathan, Chris, and Jack did a get job completing the project. They are true plumbing professionals. Their communication was outstanding so I always knew where we stood throughout the job. They showed up for work on time which showed respect for my time. I found out about this company through a referral myself. If you’re in need of plumbing services give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

I had to get a couple of mini splits installed, along with some repairs on existing units. Daniel, Joseph, Jamil, and Jack did a wonderful job. They were professional and efficient with their time. They came back the next day to work on some small finishing touches and made sure I was left happy with the outcome. Great customer service.

I recently requested a quote online from Premier Pros, and I was impressed by how quickly they responded—someone reached out to me within just five minutes! The very next day, Daniel Cantu and Joseph Gomez arrived to assess the situation. They did an amazing job explaining everything to me in detail, addressing all my concerns, and getting the job done efficiently. Their professionalism and kindness stood out, and the service was exceptional. Not only did they complete the job quickly, but they also offered valuable advice on how to maintain the system and prevent any future issues. Drama Mama’s shower got a new face lift! Her 1996 bath fixtures had to go😑Jonathan and his team did a great job helping her update it:) Everyone else wanted to tear it down. But he understood what she wanted. Thanks for a job well done!

These guys have done a couple of projects at our house. They are prompt, personable, kind and meticulous. The first time they came Ruben took care of my issue, not only that he cleaned and bleached the area when he was done. Most recently Austin took the lead on doing some major work for us. I sent a text and where the other company I reached out to couldn't come for 24 plus hours, they were at my house in just a couple of hours. His service was excellent and his customer service and care was even better. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They are priced fairly and made me incredibly comfortable. At the time my husband was deployed and Austin was SO patient and thorough explaining things more than once and in great detail. The guys who completed the job were great too!

I’ve got nothing but great things to say about Premier Pros. From our very first contact till now, Jacob Moreno, Jorge Cisneros, and Jack (don’t know his last name) have done an outstanding and professional job. Always responsive, polite , and courteous, this team has certainly delivered. Jacob’s management of and on the job, Jorge’s impressive tiling skills, and Jack always at the ready to fill in the gaps, have made it a wonderful experience. The initial job was to finish out a bath/shower with tile and glass shower installation. Late Friday afternoon and on an unrelated job, Jacob came out and demonstrated his plumbing skills. Knowing we would be gone next week, Jacob made sure that a leak in the attic was located, repaired, and refinished before he called it a day. These guys are turnkey. We’ve had a few leaks in this house and most companies will come in, locate the leak, plow through the easiest access point, usually inside the house, fix the leak, and then leave you to figure out the rest. Not Premier Pros! These guys do the job and follow through till your property looks like it did before the incident or at least to where we didn’t have to rush out to cover gaping holes in the ceiling or walls. Never expected the plumber to get all the way to the back of the house via the attic to avoid unnecessary damage to the interior or exterior of the house. Hats off to Jacob, Jorge, and Jack in a job well done. Premier Pros is lucky to have them!

I contacted Premier PROS Plumbing due to a leak under my kitchen sink. Austin provided very professional, super nice, and extremely fast service. He stayed in communication with me even over the weekend keeping me updated on the status of the parts he ordered and immediately completed the job the day it arrived. So thankful to find this company. Highly recommend you give them a call.
