Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning - San Antonio

On Friday last week, I had a rep from one of the big 5 plumbing come out and look form a leak. I paid $125 for a courtesy visit. They found nothing. I call Radiant on Saturday at 11 am and by 230 their technician was here. 20 minutes later he said he found the leak, outside, and he outlined my options. Well organized and efficient. His name was Jordan. Within 90 minutes he had the leak exposed - 3 feet underground. He showed me and gave me 2 options. Both good. I chose and within 90 minutes he had the repair completed. Fair price. Efficient. Good work and very forthright. 5 stars !

Joe did outstanding work. Incredibly professional, knowledgable, and friendly. Couldn't ask more from a plumber. The organization overall was also a well-oiled machine. I submitted my work request late at night and Joe was at my house the next morning. From that administration, to the plumbing work, to the speed and quality, I couldn't ask for more from a company.

Was about to move in the next morning when I broke off our water spout on the side of the house. We would have had to push back the move if we didn’t get water on. Joe got us taken care of. He was professional the whole way through. I could not have asked for a better plumber. Thank you Joe!

It was super easy to schedule an appointment online which is really convenient. Andrew fixed what was wrong with my AC and made sure to take the time to check that everything was working correctly. I very much appreciate the time he took to get my AC fixed!

Excellent service. Have been working with Andrew (HVAC technician) and he's been transparent, honest, and pays very close attention to detail. He knows his stuff and doesn't give you the run around.
