To start, Uryss M. got back to us on Yelp within 5 minutes...after standard working hours. They were professional, courteous, and mindful of my time. Mitch came to our home exactly when they said he would. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he explain everything regarding our home's plumbing, he was very friendly with our three dogs! He gave us a prompt and accurate estimate, and went way beyond expectations. He did the work immediately following diagnostic, and he finished the work brilliantly! I would recommend this company without hesitation!

I had some issue with water flow, I have an older home and I started having issues I took a chance to visit with Mitch (owner) as his was doing some work for my neighbor. I explained the issue that I was having he was glad do give me an estimate. I contracted him to do the work he was always on time and kept me informed to how progress was going stayed on budget work done in a timely manner. I strongly recommend red brass plumbing. Mitch by far was one of the greatest service repairmen to come to my home & help me with a few minor issues i was having, and even fixed something for me without hesitation. His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home. MItch came out to my house when we couldn't figure out where water was coming from. Turned out to be garden hose was left on. He was so nice and didn't charge us for coming out. I swore then, I would call on him again if I ever needed a plumber.

Our main supply line was leaking under house. Mitch was outstanding; from the first day to give us a quote, to the time he finished the job. Everything was explained and thoughtfully considered to ensure the job was done while keeping the cost as low as possible. This includes the water abatement company Mitch recommended. Keep in mind, first responders receive a 15% discount too!

I had a major problem. I was outputting 23% more water per hour than normal and had a $200 water bill. I had a leak...somewhere. It’s just me and I usually have bills under $100. I called a couple of companies, not very customer friendly to say the least then I started look for plumbers by their reviews. Red Brass had a solid 5 star review record so I called. I got in touch with Mitch. He said he could be there by 7 and he was. This leak was not obvious. There was nothing in the house that would indicate there was a leak. He looked absolutely everywhere. Isolated all of the water lines. He is by far the best at what he does. But what I want to highlight here is this. He said to me “nobody ever wakes up thinking they want to call a plumber.” It’s true. Of everything that goes wrong, you think of your pipes last because we all think those are solid and nothing can go wrong there. He is a person, not just a company. He understood my financial situation and his willingness and persistence to go out of his way to find and almost impossible leak amazed me. Not many people would go out of their way to help like he did. Not only would I recommend him and this company, I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs. Indoor and out.

Mitch was very professional and once I called he was at my location within an hour, which was such a relief given 5 other plumbers told me they couldnt make it out until next week. He fixed my bathtub faucet that would not stop running in such a timely fashion despite having to leave to purchase a part and come back to finish the job. I highly recommend this business!!
