Reliant Plumbing - San Antonio

This was my first time to use Reliant Plumbing. Prices are comparable to other companies I looked at. They were very responsive. Martin performed the repair and explained what had happened and how he would make the repair. He was very professional and addressed all my questions or concerns. What I really liked was how this company communicated with me. Everyone I spoke with or were involved with this repair gave me updates on what was going on either with verbal communications or texts. These days I find this very rare to find or use companies with this skill. It was very comforting to be kept on the loop. I was also impressed by they kept their word. Once the repair was made, they put back the dirt and landscaping rock and you could not tell a repair had been made. It is very nice clean up. Keep up the good work Relient!

Both Justin and Anthony were excellent in helping me and my wife's business get up to code. They replaced pipes, installed a new water heater and modernized/future proofed our system so we won't have to worry about any issues any time soon. Also, they were super quick. With an estimated 3+ days worth of work, they got done in 2. Very impressive and highly recommend! Had Steven come back (Nov 2024) out to help with a water pressure issue and instantly fixed it. Jonathan and Steven came out today to do a courtesy check and I was really impressed! We have just moved in and there was no water softener. They checked our mineral levels, the hardness of the water and shared suggestions for the type I should get. They were polite, respectful, and very professional. Thank you both!

This was our first time using Reliant Plumbing.They were very responsive and efficient. Thomas came on a weekend during our water emergency situation.He accessed the situation, explained the task at hand and found our leak and fixed it promptly. Steven and Jason are great! Showed within an hour for a water line repair in the front yard. Awesome repair job done in a timely manner. Professional and quick service from these two!

Joseph from Reliant Plumbing came to the rescue after we called about a spewing water valve situation.. thankfully, we managed to shut it off... But that was just the beginning. With his apprentice Ruben by his side and the rest of the team like Jesus and Nathaniel jumping in like a well-oiled machine, Joseph tackled our never-ending list of plumbing needs, from leaky faucets to some very important (and apparently necessary) valves, plus a water heater so ancient it might’ve been the first model ever made. Joseph patiently walked us through each fix, explaining everything with the calm of a seasoned pro. They saw the terror in our eyes as we rattled off our list, but Joseph and team took it all in stride, offering helpful advice and doing their best to keep the costs reasonable. In the end, they left nothing behind but truly great work, a whole lot of relief, and the knowledge that we now have a plumbing dream team. Highly recommend! Update: The next day, my water pressure wasn't coming through and Jesus and Louis graciously came back and fixed it, and then talked me through how to troubleshoot a few things on my own. Highly recommend this team!!!

Thomas was great! He got here really quick and helped us trouble shoot the water heater in our new house. Fast a professional service. I would use their services again. 10/10 recommend

The plumber, Joseph, was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue, and offered a clear plan for the repairs.The job was completed same day.🙌🏻 I highly recommend Reliant Plumbing for anyone in need of plumbing services.
