Luis Rico with Roadrunner Plumbing & Air came out last week to evaluate a list of issues that needed some attention in my home. I was given 2 estimates with different options, which i appreciated. He was able to come back the following day with all the replacement items, and along with an assistant, Chance, completed all the work in about 4 hours. Luis & Chance were polite, knowledgeable and efficient, and I will be using Roadrunner again for any future plumbing needs. Thanks guys!😊

Diego and his assistant were awesome! We had an emergency with a backed up sewer line.They were knowledgeable and I felt confident with their abilities. Very friendly and informative. From my very early call to the emergency dispatch, to when they left my home, I felt we were being taken care of by this company. Fair pricing as well and he made sure I knew the cost before starting the job so there were no surprises. I like how they send a photo and information about the plumber, feels safe to know who is coming to your home. Definitely recommend!

I called late on a Monday afternoon and this company came first thing Tuesday morning. The service call was for my office. Both plumbers were knowledgeable, took time to explain everything so I understood the issues and then offered solutions to the issues. They were conscientious and cleaned up the area perfectly. I recently had the pleasure of working with Roadrunner Plumbing & Air. They came out to replace my hot water unit, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service provided. From the moment I called, Roadrunner Plumbing & Air was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The issue was diagnosed quickly, and the repair was done efficiently and effectively. The price was fair, and there were no hidden charges. I highly recommend Roadrunner Plumbing.

Mike was on time and prepared to get to work as soon as I had described the problem. My first time calling on Roadrunner was to repair the supply line to my toilet. In less than 30 min they were done. I had them provide an estimate on another issue. Over the weekend another problem revealed itself and I called on Roadrunner again. Mike was my technician again and was able to resolve my issue (shower needed new hardware, from tub spout and faucet, to shower head) in about an hour. My only issue was with the expense. Things have gotten really expensive. I know just enough that I could do the job wrong for a tenth the price and would end up calling professionals anyway, so might as well do it right the first time. I will use them and hope for Mike again if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

Deigo did a great job. He explained what needed to be done and when completed the project he noticed a small leak from the faucet and helped me with the information I needed to get a replacement because it had a defect. Because of his help , I was able to get it replaced which saved me money. And came back to install it in a timely fashion! I’m well pleased with his service

Called to report an issue with our water heater around 4:30pm and Rogelio came out to diagnose it within the hour. Not only was it a quick response but great customer service as well! Will definitely use them again in the future 😀
