I am absolutely 💯% satisfied with the work Diego Serna did in replacing my broken waterheater. He was amazing and did it at the end of the day on a Friday afternoon. Diego had my new unit up and running IAW city Code. Exceptional work!

Chris was our plumber…we had issues with our sewer lines but Chris worked really hard to clear them…and his hard work paid off! We really appreciate his tenacity and persistence in finding the issue! Great job Chris and Shafer Services!

Michael was on time for the scheduled appointment. He Took the time to explain the maintenance that he was going to be performing and approximately how long it would take. He was very professional and reminded me that I should consider installing a cut off sensor that would prevent possible water damage if the drain pan was to overflow. I CALLED AT 7:58 AM AND BRANDON ANSWERED THE PHONE. I explained that we just got home the night before and turned our water line back on to find a deluge of water bubbling up in our yard. I informed BRANDON that we shut the water off. Luckily, BRANDON had a crew available for us that same morning. With in two hours Shaffer Services had our line replaced. We want to thank the crew, Diego and Shawn, for a job well done. So nice to see such wonderfully caring and knowledgeable staff. You saved the day for us!!!

I started using Shafer when my builder could not fix my tankless water heater. Shafer was recommended by the manufacturer of the water heater, and they resolved the issue. It involved replacement water heater which I had Shafer install. They have always been great. This call was my regular HVAC service, and the second time Dusten came to the house. The first time we had just come from our summer home to Texas, it was hot, and our air conditioner was out. Dusen arrived shortly after I called Shafer and fixed the problem. I could not be happier with the work Shafer does and the quality of the technicians. Keep up the good work and Shafer will have a loyal customer for life.

Alex was very diligent in properly identifying the problem with my a/c. He spent more time than I think most would to ensure that what needed to be replaced/repaired was the appropriate course of action. He provided me with several package options to best suit my needs. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Shafer for a/c assistance again and to request Alex!

I want to say thank you, to Nathan and John; and everyone else who helped with the installation of my new central ac unit. I had an ugly mold issue and Shafer Services quickly provided resolution to the problem. I had called them for water heater issues before, and they were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable! They are very clean and leave the area looking better than before! I highly recommend this company and again thank you for all your help!!

Franc Rocha was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to fix little things and explain how things would work and what he had done.
