We live in a new build. Stafford plumbing did the work. In less than 4 years we have had two leaks through from our 2nd floor into the our kitchen. First time they gave us a hard time coming out due to it not being under warranty. Finally came because the issue was they didn't install the top toilet piping correctly. This second time also wouldn't come out and their on call guy hung up on me saying "I'm just a plumber this isn't my problem and my supervisor said no" and so even though we are paying for their second mistake I would much rather have someone do it right so it doesn't happen a third time. Do not use them. Terrible service and as my new plumber said "taking shortcuts to get the job done fast" and they do it just right to pass inspection and so eventually over time it goes wrong but then by then they can say “it’s out of warranty”. Calling the BBB today as well as my contracting friends to make sure they never use this company.

Just moved into our house in New Braunfels, and needed some warranty work completed. S&S Custom Homes and Remodeling hired a third party to dig the trench for the potable water line supplied to the house. Upon inspecting around the house, the potable water line was noted above ground, and the outer protective sheath was damaged. Even though Stafford was not the contractor that installed the line, they came to our house and accepted the additional responsibility to correct the potable water line. Also, S&S decided to take it upon them self to modify the hot water piping to allow for series connection of the water heaters. In this case, the non-licensed plumber working for the builder used the inappropriate materials to make the change, and also, disconnected the hot water supply to the sink in the process. Stafford came and corrected all of our issues without any hesitation or questions. They were extremely prompt and professional. A special thanks to Frank Gonzalez (Master Plumber) and Andrew Escamilla (Apprentice). Also thank you to Danny Mireles (Assistant Manager) that we have been in contact with through the entire process. I highly recommend this group!

Stafford Plumbing has been the worst business to deal with ever! I had to speak to someone about a disagreement and the person I spoke to refused to talk about it and actually hung up on me! They may know plumbing but they don't have a clue about customer service. If you are looking for a plumbing company that will treat you with respect, do NOT go with Stafford.

VERY UNSAFE Just got passed up by one of their trucks on 1604 going about 80. It dropped a section ove PVC pipe on the highway that bounced and HIT MY CAR. I couldnt even catch the license plate because the trailer DIDNT HAVE ONE. Learn to secure your load and drive with some care! Especially when your business name is plastered on your truck!

Great place to work and they get what you need to finish the job or make the job easier...

11 march 9AM STAFFORD driver very UNPROFESSIONAL the driver for an unknown reason (maybe bad morning) kept flashing lights and waving his middle finger at me. Could have easily escalated to road rage by either one of us as I do carry how ever the lightweight driver was no threat STAFFORD you have GREAT advertisement and drivers out on the public road

I contacted Stafford Plumbing at 8:30 this morning. By 12:30 they arrived at my home with the necessary part. Their customer service is incredible!!

Custom build home project. Left utility piping on property for months after the project was done. Non responsive to requests to remove. Be sure you monitor projects to ensure completed.
