Nasty attitude. Talked down to me even though they couldn't find my water heater and had a hissy fit and left without fixing a leak. Then tried to charge $400 just for skulking around my home with a flashlight for 5 minutes. Douchebags. It wasn't an apartment but a trailer. It's too late, I've already moved out cause the problem NEVER got fixed. Also you were condescending and rude to me AND my mother on the same day. My mom told me I should have kicked one of your plumbers out for disrespecting me. Next time don't be condescending if you can't even fix the problem.

Isaiah came out to work on a proposal which ended up being more than expected. Isaiah was so kind, patient and explained options for the repair to best fit the needs of the community. Even though it was extremely hot outside, he worked with enthusiasm. I was extremely impressed with his work, work ethic and is truly a great reflection of Vamvoras.

I was over billed for time that the technician was not there. They came out to “fix” a dripping faucet and it started dripping again two weeks later. They came out again and “fixed” it which lasted a whole three days. The person that answers the phone for this company is extremely rude. Do not use this company. Expensive, not customer service oriented, and not good work. One star because I can’t give zero plus the technician himself was friendly.

This company came to my apartment and left a huge mess all over my bathroom and bedroom. Not very professional and sad that they don’t care enough to clean up after themselves.
