Will Fix It

They were available ASAP and came to fix my problem right away. Mikey got my water back on and my plumbing problem solved in less than 2 hours. He also put me in contact with a drywall repair company to come out and inspect my drywall to ensure that there was no further damage. I don't have much to worry about thanks to these guys. Mikey also suggested some preventative measures that I could take to ensure that this doesn't happen again. I had to decline at the time due to money being tight, but I appreciated the offer and explanation. The culprit for the dilemma was hard water.

Daryl with Will-Fix-It came out this morning and did our summer AC service. He is 100% professional, competent, and courteous. He was so thorough. Daryl checked the outside unit, the attic unit, the returns and both thermostats. He could not have done a better job. Now we have an awesome watersoftenig system that they just installed in June 2024. They continue to provide excellent service and products. Marcos just completed the winter heater service. He did an awesome job.

This young man did an excellent job. I was very impressed with him n he explained everything he had to do n he did an amazing job. He also cleaned all my air vents. I want to share our experience from the beginning to the end, First I want to say thank you to Chris Reyes and Nick Luzania, we bought a tank less water tankThese gentleman came as promised on a Sunday for a evaluation and returned on Monday to complete their portion of installation they were very professional and through and did an excellent job of cleaning up THANK YOU

We had an entire new home AC unit installed on Saturday. Johnnie and Carlos were incredibly professional. They got the old unit out and installed the new one in a timely manner, made no mess, and were able to explain all the bells and whistles associated with the new system to me. They tested it on ac and on heat, and it’s been working great since then. I highly recommend Will Fix it if you need a new AC system for your home. Very competitive pricing as well.

We are extremely satisfied with the water heater installation service I received from Will Fix It. From the initial phone call, then consultation and then to the final installation, the entire process was seamless and professional. Highly recommend Will Fix It!! The quick turnabout was top notch and the work was done efficiently and effectively. The technicians were very meticulous in their work, ensuring every detail was taken care of…even cleaning up and leaving my home spotless.

This review concerns the Plumbing Department. I cannot speak to their other departments. My seemingly endless saga with Will Fix It began in October when I requested service for a broken kitchen drain line. The project was pretty extensive, taking over a month and in excess of $20,000 due to excavation, piping, etc. Will Fix It no showed countless times, and their call center kept stating they were "escalating" my account. Still, I didn't seem like the plumbing department really cared. Even though I'd be scheduled for service, sometimes they showed and sometimes they didn't. Finally, in December, the project was finished. I had hoped that was the last time I would have deal with this company again. Sure enough, I noticed that my yard grass was dying out a couple weeks later. I chalked it up to the winter months. When I tested out my irrigation system, there was no water pumping through. I learned that Will Fix It shut off my water valve to my irrigation system when they were doing the work and never turned it back on. I then learned that they did not turn the valve back on because their workers broke or trampled the water line that services my yard. Will Fix It has already accepted responsibility, so now I'm working with their warranty department so they can repair their errors. Once again, Will Fix It was supposed to come out yesterday, 1/25, and once again, no show. I'm just running in circles out here. DO NOT use this company for your plumbing/piping needs. I can't speak to their other departments, but I wouldn't be surprised if they provide the same customer service.

I just wanna give a huge shout out to Abigail. After an injury in Afghanistan, I go to lots of medical appointments. Abigail was able to narrow down the time window and prioritize my maintenance just so I wouldn’t be worried about missing my doctors appointment this afternoon. So this is a huge. Thank you to the hiring team with Will fix it!!! Everyone I’ve worked with speaks to me, as if I was Family. I love we’ll fix it. I love my AC system because of the continued customer service like received with Abigail.
