28 Jan 2025: Chris & Jordan came out to remove our old sink/faucet/garbage disposal and replace with another one I purchased separately. They were done within a couple hours and it looks 1000x better! Thank you guys for the always fantastic work, customer service and professionalism!

There aren’t enough words to describe how above and beyond David & Dave went to restore the water to my home. A neighbor recommended them and I’m glad I called and they answered. We had the pleasure to work with Jason & Smalley today. Services from beginning to end were very worry-free. They arrived on time, were very polite, very professional and quickly diagnosed the issue with our water heater. Jason provided helpful informative, and no pressure information. He explained all the package price options, which allowed us to discuss what was best for us. They worked promptly to remove our old 18-year-old water heater tank and install our new one, our new Gucci water heater haha. It’s not a Gucci bag, but having hot water back in our home is definitely a luxury! :) Because of Jason & Smalley we will be returning customers for our HVAC services. Highly recommend!

Was a very good experience and the gentlemen that came to perform my service were very nice and explained everything they were doing and options available to me. My new tank I got came out nice and resolved my issue right away. I would feel comfortable reaching out to them again if I needed assistance in the future.

3/12/25 Paul Rodriguez came out on a call to our home regarding our guest bathroom. We just had this bathroom tile replaced and noticed the shower/tub began to leak outside the tub and around the inside of tub. (weird) Paul R. investigated the problem and figured out that our tub spout was part of the problem and the other was the pipe inside had become dented and soft and worn. He went into the bedroom and made a cut into the wall for easy access for repair. We’ve used A&A Plumbing before and can say they are an excellent company and do sound work! These plumbers are efficient, intelligent, and extremely professional! I truly appreciate their service and proficiency. The office staff is also wonderful and so helpful when you call in for an appointment or question. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing/heating/cooling needs. The technician arrived as scheduled. He, Edward, was clear in his evaluation/estimating the problem and the costs. I was very happy with his customer service as he was respectful and very forthcoming with regards to what he found during the free whole home inspection with regards to plumbing. I will definitely call on their services if needed in the future.
