Super fast and helpful services. Gavino was very knowledgeable and professional, and kept me informed the entire repairs process. He was also EXTREMELY clean, like INSTANTLY cleaning up any and all debris as he worked. That's something you definitely don't see very often. Thanks to Gavino and the entire 1-Tom-Plumber team.

This was an emergency situation and Gavino Luna was my plumber and he did an excellent job my whole valve and cartridge on my bathroom walk in shower was just shot so Gavino walked me through the process of just cutting the fiberglass and he did a masterful job on getting me squared away with my shower. I cannot say enough good things about Gavino his professionalism and dedication to getting the job done right the first time and my family and I appreciate having full water back on and the new plate and handles look great and I will be a 1 Tom Plumber customer for life! Had to have plumbers come fix my clogged kitchen sink. They arrived early which was a major plus!! Gavino was very friendly and professional!! He explained what he was doing in a way I was able to understand. I hope I do not need to utilize a professional plumber again, but if I do, they will be the ones I definitely call! I definitely recommend!!

Not a very happy customer the first guy they sent over didn’t know what the heck he was doing and then the other two guys came over six hours later was here for a couple two or three hours. Wanted to charge me an outrageous price when I already quoted me, one broke off one of the bolts to the toilet and just left it there, I am not a happy camper will not be using them in the future I did not want to give them any kind of stars at all, but it made me give them at least one
