Oct last year, I hired Hutchins to help me with what I thought would be a fairly straight forward septic line repair on a new investment property. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the toughest plumbing repairs I'd ever experienced but through it all Hutchins provided superb guidance and solid repairs at a very fair price. We had lots of twists and turns but Hutchins remained honest, transparent and fair with pricing and repairs needed. From the owner all the way down to the techs, I received exceptional service and support. Had a clog that affected the entire house. Someone came out 45 minutes til the business closed acting like they could squeeze me in, and "fixed" the issue. charged me 500 for said fix. He sounded like he wasn't sure if the issue was fully fixed and he was gonna need to be out here in another week or two. 2 weeks later surely enough, the same exact issue happened again. called another plumber, came and fixed it in 10 minutes, charged me half the price. No issues since. Noted.

We called Hutchins on a Saturday and they came out to our house in less than one hour. A gentleman by the name of Timothy showed up. He was clean, professional, and knowledgeable about plumbing. He snaked our toilet and got our plumbing working again. I highly recommend Timothy and Hutchins plumbing to anyone in Sherman.

Timothy came out to address a mystery water leak at my house and he quickly found that it was my old sprinkler system! He and his apprentice were also very friendly and courteous! Highly recommend !
