We had to call past midnight because we woke up and our home was flooded. He immediately came out, fixed our waterline and stayed after to make sure that our water line didn’t burst again. He even adjusted our water pressure. Thank you so much again!

Excellent service by Ray and Plumbing Xpress! Fixed and found an undetected gas leak. Highly recommended from a Veteran to other Veterans. Inexpensive, courteous, and quick! I will continue doing business with them and will recommend to everyone in need of plumbing issues.

Had the plumbing under my kitchen sink replaced to fix a leak on 11/15/20... Noticed it was still leaking a couple of weeks later and contacted him about it on 12/1/20... His only reply was "Did I do that job?"... Contacted him again on 12/10/20 and he asked for my address and never showed up. Also said he would text me a copy of my receipt because he was out of them and had to go buy more and never did. Pictures are of the water that has collected under the sink since he fixed it as well as the texts between us.

We had a leak at midnight behind our fridge that completely flooded our first floor. We called Ray and he came right out and fixed the leak, he stayed until he was sure it was no longer a problem. He also made sure to leave the area clean. Not everyone would get out of bed in the middle of the night, very happy with the service.

I called Ray, and he was at my house within an hour and fixed my shower in great time. The price was reasonable and fair. Thank you, Plumbing Xpress.

Ray is a very skilled plumber and his work is high quality. We called Ray to identify and fix a gas leak in the kitchen and he did a wonderful job. He was on time, he explained everything, a very honest gentleman. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of his work and the price.

Had Ray come out and check a leak on my water heater, yep needed a new water heater, a day later he came out and installed a new one very clean work very impressed with Ray. He has done a toilet install for me also very happy with that. Only one complaint Ray is a very busy man and it was hard pinpointing an hour of him getting to the house, he did come on the day he said he would just a lot later, will be using him again he really does good work

I would give him 0 stars. Very unprofessional. I am letting the photos speak for themselves, but will explain as well. Ray was supposed to do sewer work at my home, which he did. But I have yet to find the clean out that Ray was supposed to install. After finishing the job, which they left my front yard totally messed up, (as in, we will have to hire a landscaper to fix it) I have texted him twice to have him come and show me where exactly this clean out is. He and his worker supposedly left it underground, which is pretty stupid, and makes me doubt that they even installed it. He just keeps telling me he'll "be here later on today", and doesn't show up. Giving him a few more days to show up. If no show, we are taking the next step, legal and/or with the Texas Association of Plumbers, if that is what it takes to find out where or if there even is, a clean out. This is how they left my fairly recently landscaped front yard, although we provided them with the plastic to lay it and put back the rocks as they originally were. I am not taking down this honest review with proof, until Ray shows up and responds for his job.
