These guys worked as a team to discover the source of a pesky leak and replace the corroded pipe! They figured it out without having to tear up the house! They performed quality work right down to the last detail. The work was worth every penny! Note - I added a photo of the wall after brickwork was completed!

I want to say something positive about an employee there named Charles. He did some plumbing at my sister’s trailer in Wylie Texas. My sister is elderly and very sick. He was so nice and kind to her and explained everything to her. He fixed the problem and explained things where she could understand them And I just want to say thank you so much for your professionalism and for your humanity. Charles is a good employee. I hope y’all keep him on for a long time. Thank you so much.

Pretty sure I have a slab leak, but Swan was able to send Kevin & Randy the same day I called to come investigate. They arrived when they said they would & were very thorough using multiple techniques to both verify & narrow down the size & location. We discussed options & they are currently working up estimates based on the different options we discussed. I anticipate work to begin in a day or so.

We recently had a house fire where we lost everything in our home. Everyone with the SWAN staff has been exceptional in helping my family navigate through this devastating loss. Justin came out to assess the damages & walked me through the entire process he was extremely understanding & kind! He not only took the time to listen to my concerns but also answer all my questions. First service was fine but upon further service required, Swan came back with an unbelievable quote. We quickly called three other plumbing companies and met with them all. They were $20,000.00 LESS than Swan!!! Run! On top of the cost, they wanted to disconnect both of our main fireplaces and those fees would be on TOP of the $34k of their original quote! Plus we would have to pay to rework any brick or stone work they had to remove. Again…..run!
