Absolutely the worst A/C company I have ever had the experience of dealing with. The salesman and I spoke many times before I made my decision to go with them to replace my A/C and furnace in my attic. I called him on the day of installation to see if he would be here to make sure everything would be handled as we agreed and he said he would not but he had communicated it all to them to go as expected. Well my concerns were they told me I required a larger unit than I have ever had and I have replaced my A/C unit twice since living here ( lived here since 1991) and nobody ever said I required a larger unit previously. My concerns were I did not want a loud unit and I did not want a lot of extra vents in my ceilings to accommodate this larger unit. The salesman assured me that would not be required, we only needed one extra return vent placed in my hallway that would be 16x16 for the unit to work at optimum. He also said this unit would be quieter than the one I have currently which is a Trane. I have always used only Trane. Well on installation day the guy who was being communicated with took it upon himself to do differently. He had them go into my master bedroom & bathroom and cut holes for the vents larger & no return vent in the hallway at all. They replaced vents not like mine currently. They also broke my pull-down ladder and damaged a hallway bathroom door (a hole cracked into the door), the walls were scratched and knicked & scraped in many places in my hallway and they put their dirty hands all over the walls. They knicked & scraped my paneling on the entry into my home where they entered and also the entry into the hallway. They knocked a hole into my garage ceiling by sticking their foot through the ceiling while working on my ductwork. They actually came to me for full payment with all these damages not addressed so I said I would need to have this addressed prior to full payment. I asked for a meeting the next day with the salesman and the person over the installers who made the mistakes which he admitted to but assured me it would all be repaired properly. I decided to call the owner of the company to discuss the damages because none of this should have occurred yet it needed to be repaired before they get paid. I can honestly say I have never in my lifetime experienced such a unprofessional, rude, and threatening person in my lifetime as the owner. He yelled at me and told me I could be sued since the ladder was broken by their guys as they were reinstalling it. He said, β€œ Here’s what you are going to do, you are going to pay my guys tomorrow before they enter your house.” I told him they would be paid once my home was repaired. He decided to send a 3rd guy the next day with a ladder to install yet the ladder was nothing like my ladder it was a different kind which looked like it was for in industrial style business. I would not allow it to be installed because it was not like mine. He called me again this day while his guys were here and started his yelling at me again on the phone. He was on speaker so everyone heard his comments. Not one single time did this owner offer any apologies or help in taking care of my home. In fact he told his guys to cut the unit out of my home and claimed he was on his way here. I decided I was going to call the police because this man was threatening me. I have never had such an experience with anybody especially an owner of any business. Well needless to say I paid them most of the money keeping 3K in my pocket to attempt to take care of the damages and replace the ladder. This amount does not take care of the damages and their operations manager contacted me about a week later and I offered to take damage pictures. I have never not heard from this guy since.I tried reaching out to the salesman because his phone number is the only one I knew. No responses. I also asked for my old ladder returned because they took it without my approval and I needed it to make sure I get the correct size to replace. No responses. Nothing. Avoid these people!!!!

There isn't enough space or words to tell you how amazing this company is. Xtreme Air Services has been our go-to company for all things HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical. We were having issues with our water heater and not only did they come out the same day but it was resolved entirely within 24 hours. George and Charles were the Techs who saved us this time and we will continually request them for all of our plumbing needs. They're kind, honest, professional and efficient. As a woman they don't speak down to me or treat me less than. They explained thoroughly and were so patient answering all my questions. If you're looking for an affordable repair/maintenance company who won't prey or price gouge you, shows up on time, who send the most professional and efficient Techs this is the company for you. So many companies claim to be honest and they aren't. This is NOT the case with Xtreme Air Services. Everyone from there front office staff to there Techs and management team are 10/10 and I'd highly recommend them to any neighbor or friend. I've been a customer since 2014 and the quality of service is why we continue to use them for all our home needs/repairs.

I had Xtreme air come out a few weeks ago to look at my furnace. That tech, maybe Austin, got me heat blowing a little hotter. I had an appointment for Xtreme air to come out Monday to check my refrigerant level but my ac went out last night. I called last night and scheduled for a tech to come out on Saturday (next day). The tech worked for about 15 or 20 minutes and time me that I’d need a rewiring job at the time of $1,700. I said that it wasn’t in my budget at the time and paid the $99 fee. I went outside to check the wiring (it was dark when the ac went out) and found several sections of the thermostat wire in bad shape. I fixed then and looked at my indoor unit. When I opened the door. I found the R wire just dangling there. How can your tech miss that? My ac cools now but I’m still getting a flashing red status light. I got a quote from you guys a few weeks ago for a new system but I’m rethinking my decision to even consider you guys.

We were in need of an HVAC system in our home. Steven came and performed an extensive assessment and gave us a recommendation for replacement at a decent price. The installation was done within a day. After a few days the unit didn't seem to cool right. They took a late night phone call and had a technician over the next morning to reprogram the unit. Everything seems to be working great! We are very pleased with the product and the service.

George Siddens and his Assistant came to our home in Royse City to evaluate our water issues. George made us aware of the situation at hand, quoted us a price then proceeded repairing the problem. Upon completion they packed up and we paid the $1600 balance with my cc. George will return if we have further problems with this issue at no cost to us. The only thing I want besides a competent person to show up, is communication. I was told before the process what we should expect. Then on the day of service, we got a call 45 minutes prior to let us know the tech was on his way. After service we were shown the issues and what was fixed and then they left. Timely, efficient and courteous. What more could you ask of them?
