Beyond Wow Plumbing & Drains

Beyond wow more like beyond expensive or beyond a pain in the butt. I had a shower that no longer had decent pressure. Contacted this company as they were able to get someone out the same day probably because business is so slow, the plumber arrived late, was rude, and told me to leave him alone while he worked in MY shower. After 10 minutes he told me the entire piping and valve in the shower needed replaced and the quote which was nearly 5,000 dollars was a additional charge on top of 75$ of just him showing up. I denied the quote and found a independent licensed and insured plumber who determined just a 75$ part needed replace and it was 200$ in total for the repair. Company's like these are the exact reason trade Company's have a bad rap, they take advantage of people, lie and extort their customers. Im happy we have independent contractors like the second gentleman i hired hopefully people start to learn thats a better option. I also found out that this company rebranded and used to be called S&D plumbing who had a extremely bad reputation in my area for overcharging and under preforming

They replaced incoming, corroded pipe to give me great water pressure few years ago so I thought I found my go to plumber. $1,800 to replace leaking pipes in shower! Ok. Their plumber did an ok job. Said he would send his "crew" to finish trimming up, included in the price. Not a word since. After a $20 tip! I have large projects coming up including complete installation of large new home. Looking for a new plumber.

We had S&D replace our two water heaters with a tankless system and were having issues with hot water getting to various points in the house. I spoke to their Field Manager about the issues and they promptly sent out a Technician who fixed the issues and tuned the system to our needs. S&D Plumbing is a very professional group of folks that I'd recommend to anyone for their plumbing needs.

Jason and Daniel came in and checked out the plumbing issues we had reported. They cleaned out the bathtub drain and used the camera to check the drain from the guest toilet for blockages. They provided great service by keeping us informed as to what they were going to do, their progress, and the results. Jason had some good suggestions on things we could do going forward. Overall, great service!

How there’s so many 5 star reviews I have no idea. Must be fake accounts. I got quoted $2,100 to replace a sink. Not including the new sink I already bought. Then asked to pay $75 for them to come out. It’s like they just showed up to collect $75. Please google the average price of a sink replacement. Don’t waste your time or money dealing with this place.

Robert and Kaden were my technicians and did a fantastic job checking my water heater and informing me on some concerns I had. They were both professional and respectful and not pushy with upselling which I appreciated. I always have great experiences with this company and feel grateful for finding them.

I called S & D plumbing today Thursday 1/26/23 and was helped by friendly sales staff, who quickly set up my appointment for today. My service technician, Nicholas S. came out to my house and did tests to locate my water leak and changed out the outside faucets. S&D Plumbing is a company, I will use again for my plumbing needs.

I had another “company” come out to assess a leak. They charged me $275 and then told me, it’s still leaking we can’t fix it. They told me I needed to get a plumber because “we aren’t plumbers”. They left with my water source to the house shut off and a large hole in my yard. I called S&D Plumbing and they were able to get Noah out to assess and correct what the other company did and “couldn’t fix”. He was very professional and did a great job on the repairs. I ended up signing up for the VIP program. I had called 6 other companies before S&D and they all either cut me off or did not have anything available for weeks. This was to my advantage because I was able to get service from S&D. Even though the price was higher then I was hoping for, my leak is fixed and the water to the house is back on. Thank you!
