BSR Plumbing

When our underground pipe turned into a plumbing version of Hide and Seek: Apocalypse Edition, we knew we needed backup. BSR Plumbing showed up like the Avengers of water leaks—except with more tools and fewer capes. Chris Torres was the hero of the hour, digging a trench next to our beloved historic oak tree like it was just another Tuesday. (Spoiler: it was not. It was a wet mess.) They found the problem, fixed it like a pro, and Chris managed to be incredibly cool the whole time. Then comes Brian—the manager—with a heart of gold and the wisdom to bring pizza to the job site. Not only did he make sure everything was going smoothly and fairly priced, he fed his team like a true leader. Respect. 10/10 would let them dig up our yard again. (But hopefully not anytime soon.)

Mike and Jack came to our rescue. Did a Google search and BSR came up. My system was completely blocked. Nothing in the house drained or flushed. Literally within minutes of arrival they assessed the problem. They ran their rooter down the cleanout. On the first pass the backup water rushed down the drain. Further investigation with the in pipe camera showed a clump of tree roots in the pipe. A second pass with the rooter cleared 90% of the roots. They recommended using a foaming root destroyer every 3 to 6 months. Really appreciated their professionalism and speed of service. Won't hesitate to call again if needed. And prices were very reasonable.

I used Blount's Speedy Rooter (BSR) service today. Two technicians removed old laundry room faucets and replaced with new faucets. They did a great job. Even offered to connect washing machine. I have used BSR previously for installation of new water heater and bring up to current city code. BSR is reliable, dependable, and completes the work in outstanding manner. Highly recommend BSR for your plumbing needs.

I called BSR plumbing when we had an issue with our septic drainage. BSR was able to get us in quickly and sent Tommy and Tristan. Tommy and Tristan used camera and video inspection to solve the issue, which was undergound. Both provided excellent service. They were thorough and meticulous in diagnosing the problem and explained things very well. Overall, we were very happy with the service provided by Tommy, Tristan, and BSR plumbing. My first experience with BSR Plumbing but it definitely will not be the last. We needed a visit on a Sunday and the process was seamless even though it was a weekend. Zach was the technician who visited and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about what was needed to fix our problem. He was so nice and took the time needed to explain the process along with all of the options available to me. BSR went out of their way to do a warranty call on my water heater that's typically outside their service area. Tommy was there in less than a week, and they worked around my complicated work schedule without a problem. They came back and installed the new part as soon as I called that it came in. Great customer service and great work.
