Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

For almost a year my sewer has been backing up, especially after a lot of rain. I have gotten it snaked, blown out, and it’s clear for a while. When that stopped working, I called the city and they came by and said they checked their side of the line, and the issue was on my side. Next day I called roto rooter, they sent Anthony and he narrowed a the problem close to, or around to the city’s catch, so I called the city again. They came a second time, looked in their catch/outlet and again said it was on my side. I called roto rooter back so they could come and dig the following day and dig up my line. Anthony came back that morning; he got out there with some additional equipment and narrowed the break to the exact point before digging. It was on the city side. I called them for the 3rd time and Anthony stayed and showed them exactly where it was. He was out there all day while the city dug up the break. Roto rooter didn’t charge me for being out there all day and made sure the city fixed the issue. Anthony was very kind and helpful and so was his supervisor. Thank you for being awesome.

Horrible service. Had an emergency problem and was told it would be $425 for the first hour. I asked about a veteran or military discount and was told $10 off. We had no choice but to agree as it was an emergency. The dispatch that called had us check the drain line outside to relieve water pressure there was none so he said he would be out between 11:30pm and midnight. This was around 10pm. I called back around 1:30am and asked for an update as we never heard from anyone and they said they would contact the technician to inquire. Woke up the following morning and still no phone call or plumber at our house. BAD BUSINESS ROTO ROOTER SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY

Beware!!! I had previously left a review that was completely honest and accurate. I’ll rewrite it in a more condensed format. I had called multiple times during the 2022 winter freeze. I could never get a set time. I specifically left my name and number over the phone. “I don’t have a record…” and I’m paraphrasing, but I was essentially told that they were really busy as to why they hadn’t reached out. I understand the delays, but you don’t know your business enough to schedule times is highly concerning. I was busy too, my career deals with time sensitive requirements, e.g. getting contracts in place, with some being true urgent and compelling scenarios. “I was too busy” does not leave my mouth. If you have low standards and love getting ripped off, this is your golden ticket here. If you’re willing to pay for quality work that can actually be scheduled with a high degree of accuracy, this isn’t your place.

After having no plumbing for over 2 weeks these guys came through for us today! The very nice man in office sent Howard the tech out immediately an he got the issue fixed! Fair prices also! The both were sweet an very kind an so helpful! The lady named Kay even helped me when I didn’t know how to leave this review! If anyone has plumbing issues these are the ones to call!!! I had a leak in my water heater. This team responded quickly and was very professional. In a matter of minutes they assessed the problem and helped my with my insurance claim. Joe Spoon, Anthony, Matt and Brady are the best. So professional and caring. I could not have asked for anything more. Thank you all so much....

I had Roto Rooter come out to look at replacing a water heater. After getting their estimate at $3755 for replacing, I reached out to 2 other well known Master plumbers in the area. Both of their quotes were almost 1/2 the price Roto Rooter quoted me. I have no idea how they came to this estimate because supplies for the job were $1300. I wont ever call them out again. Beware of their pricing! Get additional estimates.They may be quick to get you in for a service call but I only had to go one additional day for someone else as qualified if not more qualified to come out and get the job done for 1/2 the price.

We called on MLK day which also happen to be a very cold day. Crew came very quickly and resolved the problem instantly. Fair price and friendly professional staff. Definitely recommend them!

These guys were great, that got here and did a thorough assessment. They immediately took the necessary steps/actions to help prevent further damage and cleanup the water damage in my walls. The guys were very professionally and extremely kind. They continued to communicate with me throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend their service.
