I am very glad I called Austin The Plumber. I had a water leak and they were able to schedule me the same day. Stephen and Brian came out and they were awesome! I can't say enough about how professional and respectful they were. They were very knowledgeable. They did an excellent job and were quick and efficient. They were also very honest. They gave me a quote, but when they actually got in there to fix it, they said it ended up not being as bad as it originally appeared to be. Because of that they charged me less than the original quote. I was willing to pay the amount quoted and they could have left it at that price and I would not have known. It is nice to have an honest and dependable company available for any issues that may arise. I will be using them again if I have any other issues.

We bought a house that turned out to have major plumbing issues under the slab. Austin and his crew were quick to diagnose the problem and come up with a plan. Since the job was so extensive, they were at our house multiple days and always communicated well and showed up when they said they would. They worked a miracle to keep enough of our plumbing working at a time to allow us to stay in our home through the whole process. I don't know what we would have done if Austin hadn't saved the day. I highly recommend you call Austin if you have any plumbing needs at all - big or small.

Austin is always pleasant to work with, professional and on time. He does quality work. I had a sewer leak beneath my pier and beam house. He came by to give me an estimate on Tuesday and came back Wednesday morning to fix things. Not a lot of space under my house, but he got down under the floor and worked the better part of the day to replace and repair the leaks, and the old pipework. It was a tough job. You won't be disappointed if you hire Austin.
