My bath was leaking from underneath off and on and I could not get good help. One day the leak was really bad over night and I had a flooded bathroom. I was referred to this company by my uncle. He called them for me and the plumber was over within a half hour. The plumber diagnosed and fixed the problem in a stream line and methodical manner. The plumber was very skilled and experienced, and able to use his words to explain everything to me unlike other plumbers I've regretfully hired in the past! Great communication from the company from the offie assistant to the plumber who performed. I trust these guys with my plumbing. They were also very polite and the price was very fair so all in all 5 stars. Would 100% recommend and use their service in the future.

So very glad that there is a plumbing company that's open 24 hrs and actually shows up...especially on weekends. We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing, they came out on Saturday and said they would return 'tomorrow' which we knew was Sunday and low and behold as I looked out the door Sunday morning, they had arrived to fix a hot water leak under the house. It took all day, but they were hard at work, getting the job done. Other plumbers had told us it was the heating element which we ordered from the company because the hot water heater was till under warranty. But Benjamin Franklin actually did everything to find out exactly what the 'real' problem was. We have put them on out list of plumbers to call even though they're out of Waco. Very courteous and professional also. We're very happy with their professionalism and the work they did for us.

These guys are AMAZING! Being a newer company they don't lack in knowledge. I had a massive plumbing problem underneath the slab of my house. I had 3 prevoius companies try and really over charge me. Someone recomended these guys, they came out and it turned out to be a easy fix. It felt good to find a HONEST COMPANY that did'nt create a non-problem. Highly recomend.
