I have used these guys now on multiple jobs big and small over the past year, and they are always excellent. I used them on the recommendation of my neighbor, who has been using them for years. My first job was a repipe of my house. A huge team of guys came out and knocked it out over two days without any issues. Their drywall contractor came in behind them and fixed all the walls so you could hardly tell anything had been done. Since then I have had them out to install new toilets and install a heat pump water heater most recently. Had a small issue with the water heater install, and the owner made sure it was taken care of to my liking. All in all, couldn't be more happy with their service and the quality of their work. Everyone on their team, from the owner, to the office staff, to all the plumbers are friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Definitely my "go to" plumbers from now on.

I am a homeowner that recently used this company to repipe my home located in Schertz, TX. While repiping my home, the company damaged my irrigation system. The contract stated that they were not responsible for repairs to damaged irrigation lines. However, this company breached the contract and not only replaced the irrigation line they damaged, but also broke the backflow preventative valve due to negligence. The shut off the valve at the base of my irrigation line (red) was replaced by the plumbing company with a pipe that had NO shut off valve. The plumber that came out to inspect the damage stated that the red shut off valve was unnecessary. Because of this false statement made by the plumber, who is not an irrigation specialist, the absence of the red shut off valve caused further damage to irrigation system. Our area recently had a hard free and because there was no red valve to prevent water from entering the pipes exposed to the elements, the water froze within the back flow preventative valve, cracking the apparatus and rendering it inoperable. I have tried to reach out to this company to resolve this issue and have the damaged equipment replaced. I have not received any communication from the company regarding a resolution to their negligence and the replacement of the damaged and missing equipment.

Billy Brown and his crew did the repiping of my 40 some years old house yesterday. The team finished the whole job, including preping and clean up, in less than 7 hours. They did a fantastic job. They are very professional and respectful of the property. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any plumbing work done.

The Aquaduct Plumbing team did an outstanding job in our home. The San Antonio manager RJ and his crew completed the work in one day rather than the two days we were expecting. We highly recommend this company.

I called John Moore to come clear my stopped up kitchen sewer line. They used a high power hose to push all the debris to the spot of the stoppage and used a very weak camera connected to a cell phone to analyze. The technician told me we had a broken pipe twenty five feet under the foundation. He gave me two options. Option 1: $11,500 95 foot reroute. Option 2: $26,500 tunnel to repair the break. I chose the reroute and paid them with a credit card. The next day before they began the reroute began, I called Billy at Aqueduct Plumbing for a second opinion. He sent a crew over to take a look. They brought a much better camera system and showed me the exact cause of the stoppage. They used a much better high pressure hose to clear the stoppage. When they finished, the pipe looked like new with no break and all clear! Thank you Billy and Aqueduct Plumbing! Hopefully I will get my money back from John Moore!
