Eric was absolutely incredible! He kept working until the problem was fixed and he had great spirits about a really unfortunate situation! Smiles and great attitude plus genuine conversation! He saw the job through to the end and didn’t give up on it!

Mr Wilson’s was amazing. The response time was extremely fast and so was the repair time. Erik was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. All problems were fixed within a couple hours. I highly recommend Mr Wilson’s.

The Plumber named Eric working for the company came out and was the rudest person I ever had in my house ever in over 60 years here. He told me to shut up multiple times and not talk to him, and he would not answer. If I hadn't already paid on his first trip, I would have told him to leave, as it was a really bad experience, especially the second time he came back later the same day. And made fun of me all during the second trip for same repair, as it was leaking worse after his first visit. He wanted to charge me double for two visits, but the leak he fixed after two trips was not even leaking before he came out. Most rude service guy I have ever seen or heard of. The owner was nice and tried to help, but that Eric was very ill tempered!! Customer beware! Almost like he was trying to hide something he was doing also in the excessive rude behavior. Guess I'll be finding a new plumber thanks to Eric! Should be 0 stars if that was an option. Customer Beware!!!!

Mr Wilson’s plumbing and drain solutions have fixed and repaired many of our plumbing problems and issues. They are efficient courteous and professional each time we have needed their services! They came to our home 2-weeks ago to unclog a drain that was really clogged up. The young man whose name was Eric came in and greeted my husband and I with a smile and shook our hands. He then asked what specific issues we were having and assured us we would be all fixed up. He went right to work and fixed the problem, I can honestly say that I’ve lived in this house over 20-years and never seen the water run out of the drain so fast after it was fixed! We will definitely use Mr Wilson’s plumbing and drain solutions in the future as we always have! We needed an inspection done for closing purposes to buy a new home and Erik and Mr.Wilson came out and did the inspection for a great price and with great customer service. We called Erik back out to install our dishwasher and he did a great job. We will be using Mr Wilson's plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

I called Mr. Wilsons Plumbing about an issue we had at the house. I made an appointment for 10am and I was so surprised when I saw the truck pull in the driveway, I was so relieved because we had water everywhere. The men were so professional they even put on shoe covers because I have new carpet. The owner Mr. Wilson made a point to stop by to see that my needs were taken care of I felt that we were in good hands with Mr. Wilson's Plumbing and in no time, all was good Thank you so much

I recently moved into an older home and had to get 35ft of my main sewage line replaced. The previous owners got the quote from Mr Wilson's so i went with them. The employee was incredibly passive aggressive and acted annoyed that he had to be tearing up my backyard. He nicked a line to my sprinkler system and tried to tell me that it was nicked before he got there which didn't make sense because there wasn't an issue with it before he dug a hole around it. I later had to pay someone else to fix it. When they refilled the hole im guessing they didn't fill under the pipe before hand because almost a month later im still dealing with a sinking trench in my backyard rendering it useless for my toddler. The cherry on top was he told me "as a courtesy" he ran a camera towards the house to look at the line and said it needed attention and it was going to be "expensive ". When i asked to see what he saw he refused and only recommended a few other companies that would come take a look. I later called a company off his list that came out and said everything looked fine. I cannot recommend Mr Wilson's at all.
