Absolutely awesome folks. They came out to our house in less than 90 minutes and were able to fix the problem very quickly. Nicest guys in the world. Highly recommend this company for any and all of your plumbing issues.

We had a leak in our bathtub faucet that was bleeding water at an astonishing rate. I called Smelscers and requested an appointment. They were booked for a few days (which is understandable, it's early winter and stuff often breaks when there is a sudden change in the weather) so I was made a tentative appointment for a few days later. Because the issue needed to be fixed as soon as possible we called another plumbing company. They were able to come out the next morning. The guy came out and looked at our issue. He attempted to change out some parts, but he concluded that the whole thing needed to be replaced. He said the parts needed to fix it aren't made anymore (my home is older, and we have had to upgrade some, but not all, of the pipes over time due to age).This would require cutting into the tile to get to the pipes behind the wall. I was then informed that this particular company doesn't cut into tile (which kind of baffles me, but that's neither here nor there) and that I would need to hire a contractor to come out and cut the tile and then replace it. I called the contractor they recommended, along with a few others, and none of them could come out to even look until after the holiday. At this point in time I'm getting pretty frustrated. I call Smelscers back and ask if they cut into tile. They replied that yes they do, but they probably couldn't put it back. That was fine with me as putting it back was the least of my concerns at that moment. I then ask them to go ahead and make the appointment for a few days later. In the meantime we just turned the water on and off as needed as the amount of water leaking out was like 150+ gallons an hour by itself, not including when other sources of water needed to be used. The day of my appointment comes around and I call in the morning to ask if they had a window for me so I would be home. Unfortunately, somewhere along the way a few wires were crossed and my ticket wasn't submitted properly to the books. The receptionist was extremely apologetic, asked for my info and what I needed, and said she would take care of it and call me back. A few hours later I get a call asking if I was available for the technicians to come out and take a look. About 15 minutes later they show up and get to work. They ended up doing the exact same thing as the original plumber, but they replaced a small additional easily available part (along with the parts the last guy said "aren't made anymore"). After some 20-30 min the job was done and the leak fixed. They in no way shape or form needed to cut into my wall and replace everything I was told by the other guy I needed to replace. They ended up saving me $1,500 if not more in plumbing and contract work. I am extremely satisfied with their work and professionalism. Even with the little hiccup I couldn't recommended them more. They said they would take care of it, and they were true to their word, which goes a long way with me. I will continue to use Smelscer as they have proven to me that they are professional, reasonably priced, and willing to go out of their way to make things right.

Great Company ! From the owners to all the guys. They are a class act. Understand customer service and quality workmanship. Very reasonable in pricing and quality of work is superb. Smelscer plumbing did all the plumbing in our new Auto Collision shop and I could not have found a better group of guys to do all the plumbing in my new building. I give them 5 stars easily ! When I noticed that my water heater was leaking, I immediately contacted my home warranty company. Smelscer Plumbing was one of the recommended professionals. I couldn't have been happier with the service that I received from my technicians. They talked me through the entire process. They did not leave a mess and cleaned up the small bits of water that dripped from the old unit when they replaced it with the new one. Office phone support was very understanding and compassionate about my situation and quickly dispatched a technician as soon as someone was available. No hidden fees, upfront pricing and approval to do the work.

Had to get some services done and while shopping for estimates, Smelscer Plumbing easily gave me the best rate. They were courteous on the phone, had someone out the next day to come fix it, and were happy to answer any questions. I will probably use them again if I need a plumber.
