We’ve been having plumbing and water backing up issues for weeks. I paid 3 different contractors to come out and solve/fix our problem, none of which did. We needed an excavation done, and other companies quoted us unreasonable prices with no guarantee of solving the issue. I was running out of options until a good friend of mine in the Real Estate Business recommended Pipe Pros. I knew I could trust them because my Realtor friend owns a bunch of properties and has had to have tons of plumbing work done. Pipe Pros came out and did a thorough assessment of what my situation was. They were great in educating me through the process and I felt great about moving forward with them. The quoted me a fair price for the excavation and installation of the access piping. They excavated, installed the new piping, and flushed us out and got our water backing up issues solved all in half a day. After going through numerous contractors and companies, Pipe Pros were by far the best and most fair to work with. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I had a leaking water main that was causing a huge muddy mess outside my home. I called a few plumbers, but Pipe Pros answered the phone right away and got me on the schedule pretty quickly. The estimate was competitive, and I felt confident that they would do a good job. The day of the work, they showed up right on time (and notified me when they would be there), and worked pretty quickly. They found and fixed the line, but also informed me that my line was Poly B (essentially sprinkler pipe) and that it would likely continue to degrade and should probably be replaced. But they were not at all pushy about it, just very informative. I did some research and found that Poly Pipe was considered a good idea for home main lines for about 6-8 years (and of course my home was built right in the middle of that timeframe) before they realized it was not a good pipe for long-term pressurized use (such as a water main) and moved onto PEX. They worked out a very fair price to replace the whole line a couple weeks later. Once again, they showed up on time, the crew was very respectful of my property and worked very effectively and efficiently. My water was only off for two hours at the most and the new line works very well and I feel a lot better knowing I have a new and solid water line. Would highly recommend this team for any plumbing issue, they know what they are doing, and are awesome to work with. I was treated like a person, not just a job.

I highly recommend Pipe Pros for helping locate obscure leaks and solving the problem with minimum invasion. They were willing to dig into my yard in icy cold January using shovels and a jackhammer to prevent damage to my yard. The stop&waste valve had indeed gone bad, problem solved within the day, and I was billed exactly as we had discussed. Fred even came back after the snow melted to help tidy the garden and double check that my water meter wasn't showing usage. I'll definitely ask Pipe Pros for help with future issues.

I can’t recommend Pipe Pros highly enough! We had a broken sewer drain pipe in our yard that was causing sewage to back up into our basement, and they came to the rescue when we needed them most—over the Christmas break, no less. Their team was not only quick and efficient, but also incredibly hardworking and professional. Despite the holiday timing, they remained focused and dedicated, ensuring everything was resolved in no time. We were so relieved to have such an experienced team handling the problem during a stressful situation. Pipe pros were amazing. Even though they have a busy schedule they managed to make it to my dad’s house very quickly. They fast, honest and did only what needed to be done. I won’t use anyone else!
