Positive feedback highlights technicians like Trayten, Dallin, Stephen, Jaxsen, and Taylor for their professionalism, efficiency, and knowledge. Customers praise their prompt service, fair pricing (in some cases), and willingness to explain the work. Thank you Valley Plumbing!! Our water heaters went out over the weekend and they can out within a couple hours of calling. They brought 2 new water heaters and fixed up our original plumbing that was a little janky. Trayten and Dallin were awesome technicians and super kind and knowledgeable. Thank you!!!

Dallen was amazing! He fixed all the issues we had efficiently and quickly. He was great about explaining what was needed and the work he was doing. I have used other plumbers and had not been satisfied with their work. This was a great experience! I will always call Valley Plumbing from now on.

Stephen Kuronya at Valley Plumbing did some work for me last week, and I couldn't be more impressed. He demonstrated great communication skills and provided a timely response. I truly appreciate all the hard work he put in and will definitely be using Stephen's services in the future. Highly recommended!

Valley seems like a great company and I had an excellent experience with technician Jaxson. I requested a free quote for water softener install. scheduling was quick and easy and he arrived on time, was professional, and courteous. The no pressure offers for additional items he noticed in the home made it feel like he was working with me to maintain my home rather than trying to squeeze needless upgrades onto the final bill. He removed my old water softener and installed a new one which I had purchased from Amazon. Even though it wasnβt a product they sold me, he was thorough in his explanation of how it works and how to maintain it. The job felt 110% done before he left which I really appreciate. Highly recommend!

Unacceptable service. I had Valley Plumbing run plumbing and install an AO smith water heater in my house, but when an issue arose, they would have charged an exorbitant fee to fix a problem which is covered under warranty. Their technician observed the ignition switch firing but kept shutting off. He never looked. Instead of following logical troubleshooting steps, he called tech support who immediately suggested cutting the vent to check airflow. A simple visual and tactile inspection of the vent's airflow, both inside and outside, loosening a screw and checking with their hand would have been sufficient without damaging the pipe. Despite an error code indicating a faulty igniter switch (as per the owner's manual), should have been the very first thing they addressed. This shows they are exploiting the situation for financial gain. Taking advantage of their customers and their ignorance. Valley Plumbing lacks integrity. They proposed charging $500 to run a snake to diagnosing a non-existent problem in the vent system to waste time later in fixing an unnecessary damage. Their approach is deceptive and overpriced. Iβll explain later on. I sought a second opinion from Parley's PPM. Their technician didn't charge for diagnosis, and he correctly identified the issue as the igniter assembly (as indicated in the manual), verifying airflow without damaging the vent all within 5 minutes. They only charged $260.30 for installation, which was under warranty. In contrast, Valley Plumbing wanted to charge $500 for an unnecessary diagnosis and problem they would have created by cutting the vent, then more for labor and installation to fix such issue ( $200+ more) then more for replacing the igniter switch after ruling out ventilation issues which they had created in the first place. After that, they would then taken the defective igniter switch back and claim and get credit ($$$) from the manufacturer for the warranty-covered part, essentially profiting multiple times from a single service call and a single fix. I strongly advise against using dishonest practitioners. There are more reputable options available. Consider this a warning! Do not go with them. Parley's PPM is recommended as a superior alternative.

Valley Plumbing replaced a sewer pipe for us at a fair price. They did a great job but they tried to use a clearly broken hose bib attached to our house and we noticed it leaking a couple day after they left. Dallin and Quayden (not the ones that did the original work) promptly came out and went above and beyond to fix the issue, at no charge. Would absolutely use Valley Plumbing again.

Taylor was prompt, professional and very thorough investigating a backed up shower drain. He managed to clear the drain as well as unearthed a break in the union in my sump pump. He was able to replace the union and also addressed a leak on the other pump in the sump pump. All in the same freaking day. Very impressed with Taylor, he represents Valley Plumbing and Drain Cleaning incredibly well. Canβt recommend enough. Fast forward 3 months later and I am still having issues with the ejector pump. Trayten and Trevor came to help diagnose the issue. They charged me $1161.82 to replace check valves on the ejector pump that did not fix my problem, then refused to help me finish resolving the fix (they recommended a massive fix involving running a new drain line to the city sewer). Frustrated, they offered to refund me a measly ~$350. I wound up using Keemer Plumbing, who were able to install a new ejector pump system and connect to the existing drain line by opening up some dry wall in the house for around $10k. The solution prescribed by valley plumbing would have been double or triple that with excavation. I am pretty disappointed in the outcome here and the unwillingness to make things right as well as the lack of follow-through by Valley Plumbing.
