I had an issue with my furnace and texted these guys after hours. They responded very quickly based on my availability. I felt like they were reasonably priced. My technician was Holland and he was very friendly and professional. He clearly explained to me what the potential fixes were and documented everything in their system so that it’s on file for future reference. I would definitely recommend.

Right Away was fast and efficient! I contacted them in the morning, and they sent a technician the same day. Gavin was very helpful and fixed my system right away. I’ll definitely use them again.

I had Right Away, and a few others give me an estimate on a furnace and air conditioner. Their price was fair but their service and craftsmanship were top tier. Overall the value I got in return has been unmatched. Their technicians were very knowledgeable. They had the best options for me and my families needs. Air quality is a HUGE problem in Salt Lake. I wanted the best air possible inside my home. Their whole crew, wore shoe covers every time they entered my home. Happy with my experience.

Right Away was fast and great to work with! John was the plumber that came out to do a home plumbing inspection. Had his tools with him, performed little fix ups(didn’t charge extra for easy quick fixes)didn’t feel like he was nickel and diming us, very straight forward. They also fixed a piece in our furnace. Same story, got out here next day, no issues and prices seem very reasonable. Highly recommend Right Away!

Right Away is great! Works promptly to get the job done and understands your needs. We were in a jam and they accommodated us wonderfully! They also charged almost 500 dollars less than the "other" guy who's supposed to be so great and advertise frequently on tv. And unlike them, Right Away explained the problem to me and how to fix it and why it's fixed that way. Thank you!

This company was amazing! I got a bid for a new furnace! Shawn came to my house. He was so professional and explained everything to me clearly. This was the best experience I had other companies come out and they did not put me at ease like Shawn did. I felt like he really wanted to help my family out with a quality system and not just trying to make the biggest sale! We got an amazing deal and he even hooked us up with financing! We had a Heat Pump system and a water heater installed. Right Away Plumbing Heating and Air we're amazing. Not only was their pricing very fair but They came in on the day we requested and got the job done in a matter of hours. They literally replaced all our old appliances and installed and completed the job fast. We were very grateful. Thank you Korey Forbush and the Technicians for such an amazing experience.
