Quick, clean, and professional installation of our kitchen garbage disposal! Tyrell did a great job removing the stubborn old unit and installing the new one. I am so happy the fit me in this morning; I was worried I might need to wait a few days!

We called many companies to obtain a quote to fix a gas leak in the pilot tube leading to the water heater. 1st American Plumbing was honest, easy to work with, and willing to come after hours to fix the leak. Their price was also better than other companies. I plan on recommending this company to family and friends!

Super impressed with this company. Had to schedule over the Thanksgiving holiday and communication was great with Nicole. Our technician, Blake, was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose and repair our leak issue. Follow up was great too, and was able to request Blake on that visit. Great explanation of what our issues and options were, excellent customer service! Will be our go to plumber from now on.

Called at 1:00 pm 2 days before Christmas and they were able to get Brady to my home to fix a clogged drain by 2:00 pm. Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians, and quality work at a very reasonable price. Will absolutely use them in the future.

Amazing!!! I had an emergency, water spraying everywhere out of our water heater. I called my plumber, Valley Plumbing, to come out and help. My plumber advertised they were 24 hours a day, but when I called at 6:02pm the person told me they closed at 6pm and they only took appointments 24 hours a day and would not send anyone until the next day! False advertising! At this point water was running down the walls. I called two more plumbers who advertised 24 hours and got the same answer, they would come out the next day. But then I was lucky to call 1st American Plumbing and heating and they are actually a 24 hour service! Thank goodness! The individual on the phone took my information quickly and also help me with some actions I could take until the plumber arrived. He arrived about 30 minutes later and got to work. He fixed the leak/pipe and left around 10pm. He was very professional and took time to explain everything that needed to be done to address the problem. He also explained why we had the leak in the first place. I will call 1st American Plumbing and heating, in the future, for all my plumbing and heating needs.
