We really liked the tech who came out, who seemed straightforward and knowledgeable. He actually came out twice, and the first time we ended up clearing the clog ourselves with a snake. But the second time, our sewage injection pump had stopped working and he bid $3800 without doing any testing at all. Was a very good salesman, with easy financing immediately available, promises of free upgrades, and availability to fix the issue that day. Fortunately we called a second plumber (Old School Plumbing) for a second opinion. He had us try plugging in the pump without the float switch plug to see if it was just the switch. Which it was - the pump came on fine without the switch plug! He charged us $300 out the door to fix the switch and said his price to do the pump is $1500. The easy credit offer should have been an immediate red flag. I would call Big Brothers again only if I needed immediate service on an issue and didn't mind paying ~3x the going rate. They were able to get someone out very quickly and could have done the job immediately. There are situations where that is more important than price. Just go in knowing the whole picture!

Kevin was so fantastic! Our gas fireplace experienced a leak resulting in shutting off our entire gas supply to the house in snowy March. Kevin was able to give us 2 different quotes and complete the job in a day! We also asked for his expertise on our homes water pressure which ultimately didn’t have a regulator so was a leaking waiting to happen. Kevin helped us create a safer home and for that we will always be thankful!

So grateful for Big Brothers Home Services. My basement flooded at 4:30 in the morning and they had someone out asap. Mike was wonderful. He explained everything and was very thorough. He was able to get me up and running same day. I highly recommend this company and Mike. They have me as a customer for life.

These guys were great start to finish! Kutler and Mark both were kind, personable and considerate of my home and most of all extremely professional. Mark installed my new water heater and explained every step of the process. He even went out of his way to go above and beyond since I recently got out of the hospital and couldn’t do certain things that would be my responsibility. From pricing to service and explanations- these guys were 5-Star service! I will be referring them to anyone who asks!

We are so grateful for Chuck and his late night service on a Friday evening. He quickly cleared our plugged drain and was friendly and professional. He kept in touch with us prior to his arrival so that we were ready when he arrived. He was careful to explain what he was going to do, how it would work, and then asked if we had any other questions before he left. If I could give 10 stars I would! I called Big Brothers for a same day service and they sent someone out within a few hours. Kulter, our plumber, was highly professional and a huge help on getting to the bottom of a problem that was a simple fix. He was responsive, kind and helpful in his service. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again in the future!

Mark was amazing! He came out and was so incredibly helpful and patient with all of my questions and made sure I completely understood what was going on with our ceiling leak. He was very respectful and considerate and I will absolutely be contacting Big Brothers Plumbing to send Mark out next time we need help!

Amazing! My water heater broke and I didn’t even know where to begin. Called big brothers and they sent someone out to my house the same day. Super professional and knowledgeable. Great company, from the first phone call to completion they were top notch! I won’t be calling anyone other than Big Brothers for my plumbing needs in the future!!!
