Dustin Slate did a fabulous job changing out piping in our kitchen so that we could get water to our newly installed dishwasher. He came within minutes of an urgent need call we made to Hale. He had to drive over an hour to get the parts needed to fit our old piping. Great problem solver, great service!!! I am one HAPPY customer!!!

Our experience with Scott Hale in general has been very good. I would highly recommend them. Their prices and services seem fair and the service of the actual technician was top notch. Emmanuel Savala was our technician and he was awesome. Super nice, very considerate and he worked his butt off for us. I will request him personally in the future for all service calls. It was a great expo all around, the company was great, even when we had to change the appointment at the last minute. Highly recommended, ask for Emmanuel.

Bryon was very friendly and so was his partner that was with him... Bryon was very knowledgeable and efficient, he came in saw the task at hand (needed a gas line removed from inside my house and capped off under) he gave a quote and got to work.. the process was quick and painless. If I need another service I will definitely ask for him by name. I would definitely suggest Bryon to anyone who asks... thank you for making my near future remodeling plans easier for me.

We had a fabulous experience getting a tune up with James! He was super good to actually explain everything to us so we could really feel like we were making an informed decision. And the company itself was great with communicating on scheduling and follow up. They were respectful and professional. Much better than other big companies we've used in the past. We would absolutely have James help us again!
