Logan from Ponds Plumbing went above and beyond all my expectations and my expectations were very high to begin with!!!! I watched the entire installation and Logan patiently answered all my questions as he worked. The water heater installation with Logan and Ponds was just totally awesome and I am extremely impressed and pleased!!!! Give Logan a big bonus!!!!👍👏😀

Ponds responded quickly to my request for water heater service quickly and had a tech out to my house within 24 hours. I was not in need of immediate or emergency service. The tech contacted me and advised he was 20 minutes out. His name is Logan and he had been to our house one or two times before, so we were acquainted. Logan does a good job and explains everything very well. I thought our water heater had gone bad, but he was able to identify the real source as just a leaking connection. I am confident when I call Ponds and especially with Logan. I highly recommend them.

5 star service across the board!!! Confirmed my appointment the day before and arrived on time. Jeff, the service rep was awesome. Courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Took the time to explain what was being done. Without me asking, he said next time he would bring a cleaning solution to remove a white limestone stain on a cabinet from a filter that had leaked. Despite many attempts, I could not remove the stain! So glad we chose Pond’s Plumbing

Still awaiting a proposal from Pond's but Travis showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about the products and services Pond's could provide. The exceptional part? Pond's texted Travis's photo and contact info to me before he arrived so I could positively ID the person on my doorstep. A very nice feature for customers that might be vulnerable to scams.
