Had Mr. Rooter come check out our water heaters, as it seemed like we were running out of hot water too quick. They scheduled me fast, arrived on time, and gave me a great walk through of what was going on. We made some minor adjustments, but no major repairs necessary. It’s refreshing to work with a service provider that is looking out for your best interests, and not just trying to sell you unnecessary services. Honest service providers can be hard to come by these days, but Mr. Rooter of Salt Lake is one of them.

I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Despite being slightly outside their service area, the team went above and beyond to replace my 50g water heater under warranty. This includes confirming the warranty status, removing the old tank from my basement, taking it to Home Depot, and installing the new one-all in the same day. Their efficiency and reasonable pricing made the entire process stress-free.
