We had a fantastic experience with Upfront Heating and Air! They were incredibly fast in getting someone out to assess our needs, and their price estimate was very competitive—beating some of the bigger companies by a long shot. Fernando, the technician, was highly professional and thorough. He came out to give an estimate, but because the price I said yes and he was able to clean out all the post-construction dust from our furnace and perform all the necessary checks on the spot. His attention to detail and efficiency were greatly appreciated.

Very satisfied with the entire process of getting our new water softener. Everything went smoothly, including the estimate, scheduling, and installation. DJ provided excellent service, was polite and knowledgeable, and available to answer questions I had after the installation was complete. DJ got the unit to fit nicely in our cramped utility space. I definitely recommend this company and DJ and plan to use them again in the future.

Upfront Plumbing Drains Heating and Air: Dishonest, Destructive, and Dismissive with the old bait and switch! My experience with Upfront Heating and Air was a disaster from start to finish, leaving my 1890s historic home damaged. This company operates with a shocking lack of honesty, professionalism, and respect for its customers. The ordeal began with a bait-and-switch tactic. Their salesman Jordan, quoted me $2000 for the job. However, when the actual work commenced, another technician, Dallas, declared the price was impossible and demanded more. Despite a looming snowstorm and the risk of frozen pipes, they subjected me to 2 hours of intense pressure and negotiation before finally agreeing to honor a reduced scope of work for $2,000. Their excuse? Jordan, was "overworked" and didn't assess the job properly. But the nightmare didn't end there. Ignoring my explicit instructions and the proper tools I provided, they used a reciprocating saw on my delicate lath and plaster ceiling, causing extensive and irreversible damage. The new exposed runs they installed are completly misaligned and the ceiling is completely destroyed way beyond where they were installing the exposed runs. To top it they also carelessly crammed the flexible duck work together in the attic, where they are sitting on top of each other, smashing each other restricting airflow. When I voiced my concerns, the one technician dismissed me tet again with a patronizing "Oh, everything will be fine," clearly believing that as a woman, my opinion was irrelevant. When confronted with these glaring flaws, their response was a nonchalant "Oh, we already glued it." or “it will be fine” or “this is how it’s done” This cavalier attitude towards quality and customer satisfaction is appalling. Adding insult to injury, the owner, Ryan, invoked a clause in their terms and conditions to absolve them of any responsibility for the damage they caused. Upfront Heating and Air is anything but upfront. Their deceptive bidding practices, destructive work habits, dismissive attitude, and blatant sexism from the owner Ryan and one of their technicians, make them a company to avoid at all costs. This experience has been incredibly stressful and has shattered my trust in contractors. Please, heed my warning and protect your home and your peace of mind by choosing a different company. Upfront has always been my go to company for work. I have several different companies come over to give me bids for this last job. They weren’t even close to the quality of work and value. Not going to blast these other companies but Upfront was $500-$600 less. Trent is always great to work with, punctual, professional and always on time.

My water heater was leaking and making awful sounds. I had 3 choices from thumbtack. Upfront contacted immediately, on a Sunday no less. My appointment was for Monday morning for an estimate. Trent was the best. Not only did he make recommendations but he got the job done for me. Still waiting to hear from the other 2 places. If you need heating and plumbing done, call Upfront first. They are quick and reasonably priced.

Upfront saved our bacon. And got the heat back in less than 24 hours. Great timing. Friendly and honest workers. So far, the best plumbing, HVAC, electrical contractor we have ever hired. Reasonable pricing and we are very happy with the result.

Out of all the companies I have dealt with in my life these guys are the best. Every time they came they were on time and prepared. Was well within reason for pricing. Had a solution for any issues I had. DJ did the quote and he was great. No hidden costs or trying to charge for things I didn't need. The installers I didn't get their names but they were professional and went above and beyond expectations. Even helped with things completely unrelated to what the project was. We ended up having a slight issue after and Randy came over as soon as possible and got it situated. Everything was beyond expectations and they have earned my business plus anyone I know.

Great service and craftsmanship. Trent was my technician. He was on time, punctual and efficient in completing my dual water heater replacement/install. Highly recommend and would use him again.
