I've used Aza Heating and Air twice now and highly recommend them! In the summer of 2024, they quickly fixed my AC. They even had the necessary part on their rig returning cool air to my house during a scorching hot day. Then, as 2025 rolled in, my furnace went out. They took the time to walk me through all my options, and I ultimately decided on a furnace replacement. Great service, knowledgeable team, and prompt responses.

Great service!! They came out multiple times to try and keep my old furnace running. After replacing a part, cleaning and pricing another part it was best to replace my furnace. They gave me a great price on it and installed it the next day. Their attention to the client and care for what they do is impressive. I would highly recommend them for any hvac needs you have. I don't do reviews but with the service I got I had to.

I came across AZA HVAC & Construction trying to fight my home warranty company. I hired them to do a diagnostic assessment on my packaged HVAC unit. They confirmed what I suspected - it was just old & worn out. Within a few days I was able to get a full replacement installed. Due to my building's poor design, they had to remove the door frame to take out the old system. The two installers didn't flinch - they were ready & got to it. Moses, the lead tech, was a powerhouse! They worked so fast & their installation was top notch. In 3 hours, they completed everything, including reframing/rehanging the closet door, cleaning my condenser coils, & installing a new thermostat. Two of the owners, Ali & Z, came out to check in with their crew at the beginning of the project. Everyone was professional, courteous, & knowledgeable. Ali & Z were great with communication & follow-up. I am beyond pleased with their work! Their price was fair & they stand behind their work. Both Ali & Z emphasized multiple times that if there was any issue to get in touch & they will respond quickly. While the entire process that brought me here was frustrating, getting to work with them was better than I could have ever expected. I am grateful for their work, timeliness, & professionalism. Can't recommend them enough! They're phenomenal!

It was 5PM on a Friday evening, during the first week of this very cold February, when my husband and I came home from work to find that our Nest device stopped working, and was no longer heating the house. My husband dutifully spent an hour trying to fix it (love him for trying), but soon realized that the possible forthcoming frostbite would not be worth the time spent trying to do a home repair. I called this company assuming they would not be available to come the same night, and was SO SO pleasantly surprised. From the call where the gentleman on the other line reassured me it would be okay, to the HVAC repairman arriving within an hour and a half, my husband and I were floored by how amazing their service was. The HVAC expert was so personable, and had us up and running by 930PM. As a result, we were able to get to bed at a reasonable time, and in a heated home! I wish other businesses operated with the same amount of integrity, kindness, hardworking workers, and reasonableness as AZA. We would be better off as a society. Choose this company for your next HVAC/plumbing issue. You will not be disappointed.

It's 9:08pm on a Sunday. It's getting down to 23 degrees at night. Your parents are coming over because their power is out. And you just discovered your thermostat is dead. I made a phone call to another HVAC place and got an answering machine. I looked for a local Alexandria option and found AZA. I called the number and got a friendly response immediately, and by 10:40pm, Z was at front door. According to these reviews, he's one of the owners, and I was fortunate to have him. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and calm in what felt like a stressful situation to me and my family. Fortunately, we just needed a new thermostat installed, and the HVAC was working fine. But by 11:30pm, Z had installed one, showed me how it worked, charged a reasonable price, offered some tips regarding heating the house and was out the door. The other place sent me a text message the next day. Got it covered, thanks. These guys have got my business going forward. Strong first impression. They gave me a great quote and service on a thru the wall installation. They went above and beyond by sweeping the area of the install and fixing the light that wasn’t working for no additional charge. I they were very swift, extremely well priced, and very friendly to work with!
