I was very impressed with Brownlee Plumbing, when I had an emergency, with water flooding my garage, requiring a total water shut off. And it was Friday afternoon. Brownlee Plumbing was recommended to me, and they rearranged schedules to get support to me. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem the same afternoon. I appreciated their efforts to get support to me, and their professionalism and skills in fixing it. They are now my plumbers.

Professional, but relaxed. They quickly figured out what needed to be done and explained it to to me. I was impressed when they brought out the drain camera and showed the issue to me. Now that the work is done, I am still impressed. They fixed the problem and worked with the city inspectors and even fixed an issue where a screw had pierced a sewage pipe and was causing a leak I did not even know about! Highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience with Brownlee Plumbing. My water heater went out in the middle of a Friday afternoon, and I called them for help. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, managing to find and assign two plumbers to come out and assist me on the same day. Impressively, they arrived within 45 minutes. The plumbers introduced themselves and got straight to work. Within just 30 minutes, they had my hot water heater back up and running. They also took the time to explain exactly what had happened, how to prevent it from happening again, and even how to fix it myself if it ever does occur again. What a great experience! I cannot recommend these guys enough!

I had three companies cole out to try and solve the problem of water in my basement. Brownlee Plumbing listened to my issue with our drain pipe/sewer when other plumbers did not. They sent a camera down the pipe, and when they could not fully determine what was going on, they dug it up. They found the leak and replaced the old pipe with PVC. All the workmen were very courteous!

I needed a new sump pump in a crawl space, a difficult place to access. Brownlee Plumbing came highly recommended. I was pleased with their prompt attention to my issue and their quality work, and at a reasonable price.

Great company with great service. My wife handled most of the setup etc and she was very happy about the customer service and assistance with the project. We hope to not have plumbing issues again but if we do, we will call Brownlee for sure.
