Brian was very professional and provided outstanding service this morning. He completed the repair with excellent workmanship, fully answered all questions, and went above and beyond by sharing additional knowledge that increases our understanding of several relevant topics. Brian demonstrated the exact behavior you’d hope to see and reflects well on Caffi Services.

Not recommended for emergency heating services if you are moderately smart and have tried user level fixes on your gas furnace. Other than that, maybe they're great. They have good reviews. But in my case, I had to try to get a tenant's heat back up and working when it was in the single digits. Caffi came out late at night. They charged $200 to tell me they didn't have the part to fix it. To be fair--and that's why this is 3 stars and not 1--they did tell me that they probably couldn't fix it. I did try another group, and they were able to video chat with me the same night and have me try some other stuff. They were better than Caffi. Again, if you have tried the simple troubleshooting steps the homeowner can take, don't call these guys for emergency services. They will likely only diagnose and not fix. Spend the $200 on some space heaters and retry in the morning.

Mark Stone was fantastic on our kitchen renovation! His attention to detail was much appreciated. He saw all the little things that made huge differences in the final out come of our beautiful kitchen. I would hire Caffi again and especially Mark as the team captain!

We needed to replace the faucets for four sinks since the manufacturer no longer arrived the parts. A neighbor recommended Caffi Services and they handled everything very smoothly and professionally. Brian Gonzalez, the Service Tech, was on time and prepared for what turned out to be a more challenging job than anticipated. Two old faucets were very badly corroded and very difficult to remove. But Brian persevered and got the job done.

Service Tech Brian Gonzalez recently installed a new sump pump at our house and he was very professional and seemed to have done a good job. The lid for our pit was custom cut and he was also able to recut it so it would fit our new pump. We appreciate his work and kindness!

Brian did a great job. He listened to all my concerns and was very patient to diagnose the issues with my Navien tankless water heaters. After he diagnosed the issues he solved all of them answering all my questions along the way. His attention to detail was very high ensuring everything was put back exactly as he found it. I highly recommend Caffi and Brian. While the cost was high, Brian’s service level was off the charts.

Johnatan and Cesar were excellent!! Right on time. Friendly and professional. Installed my hot water heater quickly and answered all my questions. Caffi Services also responded immediately and came out quickly. I’m very grateful and will use them for ALL of my plumbing needs and they will install my new HVAC in the spring and I will then use them for all my HVAC needs. Thank you. I am So happy 😀 and relieved to find such a competent and reliable company!!

I cannot say enough about Brian Mojica from Caffi Services. He is very professional, kind, polite and does an Excellent job. He cleaned up after the job and took all the old parts and boxes. I would highly recommend him.
