I had an incident on October 31st, I reached out to Emerald plumbing and they sent a service man within two hours. The broken pipe and incident was immediately fixed. But, I had another issue where I didn’t have enough pressure coming into my house and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. John, one of their best technicians was sent to my home, corrected the problem. They are on time, professional knowledgeable, and the best plumbing company in the DMV if you need a good Commercial plumber reach out to Emerald plumbing. A reputable company that kept the ball moving during the retrofit of a tankless water heating system. They installed the Navien NPE 240 A2. I want to shout out to my tech John, and a huge thank you to my estimator, Monique. We did run into some communication/understanding issues concerning what the unit could do out of the box. I did not know that the unit did not provide hot water quickly to facuets (within 30 seconds) with out an optional recirculation valve installed. Hot water on demand is not what it sounds to be. Monique patiently listened to my concerns and frustrations and simply said the they would figure out what was happening. A day or so later, John and his supervisor arrived to walk through the installation with me. We came to the conclusion that the missing piece was the optional recirculation valve. Monique quickly sent me a estimate for the part and installation. Once the optional valve was installed, the system worked perfectly. n My faith in the product and Emerald had returned. Monique, thank you. . . you are the best Customer advocate that I have ever encountered. You worked through all of my administrative issues and I appreciate it. Without question, you are the right person to be the customer touch point for Emerald. You are definitely worthy of a bonus.

I would like to write my experience with Emerald Planning and then you all be the judge. It took 10 minutes to open the kitchen sink drainage for $ 650. I think it's way out of control.
