I recently had Home Service Pros Plumbing come out to fix a shower leak, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service! The team was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They quickly identified the issue and fixed the leak with precision. What stood out to me the most was how they took the time to educate me about the overall condition of my home's plumbing. They pointed out other areas that needed attention and explained what repairs might be needed in the future, which was incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate their transparency and honesty. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Impressive. Received call back shortly after contacting and we were scheduled for non emergent visit 24 hours later for a plumbing issue. Cody was great. Turns out the problem was simple to resolve. He was helpful for future actions and most gracious. Thank you.

Simply Amazing service! Guido was there to walk me through all the steps needed to repair my leaky faucet. He wasn’t just a plumber, but more like a father figure. After the whole repair he told me to contact him if I ever needed anything!

A++ Highly recommend. This company went above and beyond for us. They were out here twice this week to fix a slow drain, install grab bars for safety, install a new kitchen faucet, and install a garbage disposal. They were fast, expert, personable, respectful, on time and as promised. We highly recommend them!

James was on time, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand it. He completed the job in a timely manner and everything works great again! Everyone at Trade Pros is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I spoke with Brittany to schedule our appointment and she was super sweet and helpful; she had a technician out almost right away! They are my go to for any and all of our plumbing needs!

My toilet was leaking for a while, and when I reached out to get quotes, Trade Pros responded quickly. Brittany sent an email around 9:00p the night I sent the request and promptly called me the next morning to schedule service. They were professional, responsive, and courteous from start to finish. They recommended the type of toilet I should buy and installed it with great care. I hope I don't have any plumbing issues in the future, but if I do, I will call Trade Pros!

I requested an estimate from Trade Pros and received a response within an hour on a Saturday. James (Jim) arrived on time and delivered the best of service to our home. He was thorough, frank and knowledgeable as he diagnosed our low water pressure and temperature issues. He educated my wife and I through his assessment. What I appreciated was he helped us help ourselves on some easy tasks-while candidly telling us which tasks we need to save for the Pros. Well done-and we will be using Jim and Trade Pros for our upcoming upgrades in our new home.

I highly recommend Trade Pros ! I had issues with my water heater on Martin Luther King day. Trade Pros responded very quickly and Edgardo came the same day at no charge. He explained and diagnosed the problems. I was offered option to repair or change my 14 year old water heater. I decided to go ahead and replace it. It was done the next day by Edgardo who is very professional and friendly. Also great customer service, very nice and efficient.
