Joe was great. A very good communicator and a very pleasant person as well. He very clearly laid out what the project would entail. When I asked about a part that I didn’t understand, he was able to explain it to me without using any big words. I really appreciated that! Telling people how much their new HVAC needs are going cost has got to be a tough job. Sincerely, he knows his stuff and I’d happily work with him again.

Michael Mullins provided us with excellent service! The whole house inspection and water tank flushing was very good value for money. Michael took the time to explain all of our plumbing systems, and what could be done to make our system more efficient. He also took the time to answer my long list of questions. I highly recommend Michael as a plumber! I will ask for him by name for any future plumbing needs that we have.

A superb installation of new polished brass spout, faucets, & isolation valves. Flawless removal of 30 year old tiles and original bath hardware in the process. I’d had six estimates from other plumbing firms with unacceptable pricing or who couldn’t do the work, or just failed to show up. John C. Flood got the job done beautifully and efficiently. Grade A and look forward to their return to do more great work at my home.

Great experience - water heater stopped working for no reason - they’ve got it all fixed. It needed a part and they were on top of the process and very communicative at all times, figured out the problem in the afternoon and obtained the part by the next morning. Eric was our technician and he is super competent, knowledgeable, neat and pleasant.

From the start of figuring out how to complete the process of replacing my main water line to getting the job done with less damage to my property. All individuals that I spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable of their task at hand. The online application process of replacing a lot of paper waste was also very helpful, however it could be tweaked to allow for digital signatures. Overall I'm very pleased with the process and services that I received. Thanks to all involved. I'm a happy customer.
