Incredibly professional team, from first contact through the job's completion. Holly fielded the initial phone call immediately and effectively scheduled a convenient time. When a massive snowstorm required rescheduling, she proactively reset the appointment and confirmed the new time with me so I didn't have to stress about it. Juan and Dominique arrived early in the window, quickly assessed an effective solution to my plumbing problem, and masterfully completed the repair in short order. When they finished the site was so spotless it was like they'd never been there, leaving me with a stellar assembly that far exceeded our expectations. A world-class result from start to finish, and Kramer And Sons will now be the only plumber I call with future issues.

Had a sink drain clogged and made an appointment. Kramer said they would be here between 7:30 to 9 AM. They showed up at about 8 and had it fixed by about 8:20. Put on protective booties and after they finished they cleaned everything up. Very friendly and efficient. Have use used Kramer several times and have been extremely satisfied with their work every time. Would always recommend them for plumbing work.

Have used Kramer several times and they do good work. They use a standard flat rate price book for all their work that is sort of on the high end, but then, no surprises.

By far the best experience I’ve had with any trade service, they installed a tankless water heater for us and they were so professional, CLEAN, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I’d recommend them to anyone. I swear they left my home cleaner than before they arrived, so impressed.

Kramer and Sons is a top notch company. They are always highly responsive and their customer service is fantastic. The people they hire are well trained and easy to work with. And they stand by their work. There was an issue with our water heater due to sediment build up (nothing to do with Kramer and Sons - issue with our hard water and manufacturer) and the company went out of their way to help get it covered under warranty. They've also sent their top person out on a special trip outside of working hours to help navigate a temperature setting issue. They always go out of their way to try to fit you in no matter how busy they are. I know it is tempting to go with a low-cost inexperienced firm, but you usually pay a price for that in the end (I've been there). Kramer and Sons is worth every penny and I'd recommend them without hesitation.

It was so easy to schedule a quick appointment. The plumber was very nice, professional and I didn't have to do anything but explain the problem then check it out when finished. He had to pull a toilet, and I never would have known he'd been there! Everything was left as clean as he found it. I will use them again and have already recommended to a friend.
