This company is currently replacing pipes at my apartment complex and it has been a nightmare for all the residents. The crew had to move personal items around to access the pipes. Which makes complete sense! No problem with that. But, it appears certain things may have been snagged or knocked down during their work and no efforts were made to fix the situation. My key rack and poster was ripped off the walls, neither of them near pipes. When I came home, after the first day of their piping, I came home to PEE in my toilet. At this point, it had simmered all day until I came home. So, the bathroom smelt quite used. I went to flush it, and boom. The toilet doesnāt work. Worked fine before they started repiping the toilet that day. Since they began their work on a Friday, I had to go all weekend without a toilet. Monday, I left the crew a nice note asking if they could fix the toilet. I came home to it crumbled up. They did not fix the toilet. After some days, they āfixedā the walls they had to cut into to access the pipes. All the walls now look atrocious. The paint job is awful, to the point of confusion. I only took pictures of one wall (this room has the best lighting). But the random areas of splotchy odd textured paint is all throughout my home now. Also, my shower curtains somehow got ruined in the process. Not sure how since I had them pulled all the way to the side (and folded over the beam). Not a biggie, but sucks. I feel pretty bummed, I would hope people would have a bit more courtesy entering someoneās home.

The crew who came through our place caused clear damages including breaking a light and denting a table. Shards of glass were still on the table when we came home. A wire was cut in our kitchen which our property manager witnessed but the company denied (they later did fix it). A can light was hanging from a wire. Less importantly but still notable, they also did a poor job cleaning. Our mirrors were dirty with hand and finger prints. The spackle job looks rushed and is rather lumpy in places. There was paint on our mirrors, spackle on our bath fixtures, paint overspray on cabinets, a pile of drywall dust on our patio, and a broken screen door handle (some of which they denied was their doing). I expected follow up from them, but I had to reach out to them about these issues, and although they have been somewhat responsive, it seems shocking that I had to be the one to mention it and have been the one pushing for the issues to be fixed. I figured at the least I would alert the PM here and all would be addressed. Itās been 6 weeks and we still donāt have a light over our dining room table. Repiping is an intrusive process that I hoped would be over quickly. They have come back in after our walk through three additional times to fix things. Itās disappointing that we still have unresolved issues. The attached photos are from today (more than a month after walk through). I can tell be the number of walk through sheets on other peoples doors that the process has been longer than expected for others in our condominium also.

This company is great! In 2010 I had my home re-piped to eliminate the polybutylene pipes, the work was warrantied. Fast forward to a week ago and I have a drip, drip, drip in the walls at the shower on the 2nd floor. Damaged the drywall, of course. Called Sagewater, they took a look and said yep, they'll take care of it, all under warranty and the work was done today. Gotta like a company that keeps its word and works fast and well. Well done!

Amazing job! Day one: all the plumbing in every room was replaced Day two: inspection, drywall; and paint (with textured walls and ceiling) finished completely in roughly 8 hours. They covered everything with plastic to contain the dust, they matched the texture and paint perfectly, and they cleaned up before they left. I had some concerns before the project started and Victor came right over to do a walk through and discuss the project. They are great with communication and timing.

HORRIBLE company. They hire lazy employees who lie and donāt show up for schedule times. They have left my house inhabitable, dangerous, and destroyed. My small children have been injured due to their negligence and inability to complete their work in a timely manner. Their employees are untrustworthy, lazy, and unnecessarily destructive. They have caused damage to my home in their āupgradesā by putting holes in walls. Their workers are not licensed or regulated in anyway. They donāt arrive in a timely manner, fail to complete any type of work in a timely manner and spend most of their time screwing around to milk the clock. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. They have left my home destroyed for almost a month.

The group replaced all the plumbing in the apartment complex i live in. The workers and supervisors were super friendly but most important super efficient! They were friendly and really care about my home and taking care of it .They covered every thing every day they came in and cleaned it up each evening before they left. I would recommend SageWater highly for any project they undertake. I met the owner before the crew arrived and he set the level for his employees to attain and they met that goal. Couldn't ask for better.

Sage water is the contractor to replace pipes here in the condominium I have been living in for two years. They made my HVAC leaks after replacing the pipes in the unit and I have pictures to prove that it was not leaking before the project, not a single drip. They discredited the brand and said my HVAC has poor reputation but I stand firm on the fact that it wasnāt leaking before but happened after theyāve got the raising pipe replaced. They finally put some muddy to seal the connection of the drainage to the HVAC after a couple of weeks dragging onto the situation, itās still leaking now. The worst part was the insulting comments, maybe because I am a tiny little woman, from the person in charge, that the water leaking wonāt kill me as I wouldnāt be drowned as thereās a backup drainage which is a plate can hold a gallon of open water before reaching to the graining pipe located an inch above the bottom. I asked twice if they would accept it if it was their home, no one replied. I assumed these kind of projects are home improvements instead of leaving me in the annoying situation and stressing me out checking the room a few times a day. I am not paying to fix otherās lousy work. The project itself costs the residents 5 million dollars and I am one of them paying the lousy project too.

Thanks to SageWater for making a complicated and invasive project as smooth as possible. They just finished up a 2 year long project in my building to replace every inch of our water pipes. I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of SageWater's crews. Entire walls in my apartment were demolished and rebuilt, so my living area was a major construction site. SageWater protected my apartment from dust with plastic sheeting, and at the end of each day they cleaned up so completely it was as if they were never there. Now that they are complete, my walls are back up, painted, and look great.
